Our salesperson, Elaine, was so wonderful. She gave us freedom to look without pressure, but was super knowledgeable and helpful when we needed her. The free interior designer visit was 100% the right move! Catherine helped us make color and pattern choices when I felt color blind and unsure.

I came prepared to purchase 2 Kennedy chairs, however to actually sit in one was not in the store. The couch however was and it was in the same color we wanted. It was a leap of faith and bought them anyway as my perception told me the construction would be quality. I was happy for the free delivery and our sales rep was excellent. I am looking forward to our delivery in the coming days

We had made decisions on chair and fabric items only to find out later that not all the fabrics were available for our chair choices. We appreciate the 25% off the prices, but the initial total was over our budget. Our salesperson and the manager were able to negotiate to get us very close to our budget price.
