I usually get a gel manicure and pedicure and always leave happy. It's reasonably priced and the ladies are nice and attentive.

The owner decided that one of her techs was doing too many of my family nails, so she fired the tech. Because of jealousy this shop lost at least 6 customers coming to them every 3 weeks for mani pedi with gel. I would not recommend this shop at all.

This is by far the worst nail place ever. Unfortunately my usual lady went to visit her family in Vietnam and I decided to try this place because I had an event over the weekend. Same day of getting nails done 4 nails fell in less that 2 hours. I miss my usual nail lady and definitely do not recomorjidnolace and to top it off they charged me $80 for nails.Services: Acrylic nails

I'm not a regular here I usually go to cerritos nails spa but they were packed so I had to come here... I came in for a medi and pedi. My pedi nail polish is already coming off and it's barley been 3 days and it's GEL. They are very nice people though and I feel bad for writing this I wouldn't want anyone to waste there money.

I have gone to Lucky Nails off and on for years due to the convience of the location for me, but the quality is getting worse and worse. I also never write reviews for service, but this was so bad I had to say something. My bridal shower was last Saturday and I went on Thursday after work to get my nails done. The technician assigned to me (also possibly owner or manager) was TERRIBLE! She was rushing and trying to upsell me on every little thing, but didn't even do a good job at the basics and upgrades I did agree to. She didnt file or push back my cuticles and didn't remove any skin although I paid extra for callus removal services. The polish didn't even cover my whole nail, especially the corners. I also paid extra for a French tip on my fingers and toes and the lines were not straight, with some tips being uneven and thicker than others. When I asked her to fix some of the nails that were really bad, she became angry and did begrudgingly patched them up instead of doing it over and it still looked bad. I paid and tipped but I was upset and she didnt care at all. The next day my nails were already chipped and peeling. It was literally the WORST manicure of my life, and unfortunately my nails looked horrible on a very special occasion. In addition, the salon is not very clean or sanitary. I will never go back and would give 0 stars if I could. There are so many nails places, avoid this one at all costs!!

I seriously love this place! They have a giant bucket full of dip powder colors. Endless choices and great services. Find your techs and stick with them. Great place all around!

Seriously I don't even know why I came here again!! I haven't been here like 3 years because I was disappointed in their work and now I come back thinking maybe they got better but NO they suck honestly! The girl kept repainting my nails like 5-6 times, I came in for a pedi & the gel was melting off my nail their gel machine DOESNT WORK. I wish I can give a negative star!! Now I went to a place that ACTUALLY does a great job! I recommend going to CERRITOS NAILS & SPA.. it's like 3 mins away from this place NEVER COMING BACK HERE! My nails have lumps of paint!!!
