I for one had a great service recovery moment with the Ceritos store. The store manager this Saturday morning Jan. 13th called me back about my order that may have not gone through. The store honored my order and made things right. My email confirmation came right away. She also explained to me how often they answer there phones because she saw how many times I had called. Thank you Cerritos Lululemon.

Every time I go in this store (and in the past week I've been 4 times), the customer service is great!Today, Melanie stood out though and I needed/wanted to share our experience. My friend and I went in for him. He hasn't been into a Lululemon in over 5 years and really only shops online. Obviously the styles have changed since then so he was unsure what style to get. I suggested the ABC trouser to try on since he wanted something that could be worn for a professional look but comfy. His previous sizing was 30x32 but when he got them hemmed he ended up not liking the length he chose as it showed a bit too much ankle. He tried the 30x30 and 30x32 and ended with the 30x32 and is hemming to 30x31. Melanie was exceptional with him. Offering to get multiple sizes to try, colors, looking at stock (since he doesn't live here, needs them hemmed and preferred to take care of all this in one stop) and giving her opinion which was requested. He also wanted to try shorts and she took him to show him his options and explained the lengths and feels. He bought a couple as well. It was pretty busy being a Friday night and Melanie was manning the fitting rooms as well. She did a great job greeting everyone, getting them a room when free, getting others sizes, checking stock AND literally being a personal shopper to my friend. She could tell he needed thorough care and she provided it. All friendly and with a smile too. So thank you Melanie! Glad we caught your manager up front too so she could hear how much you made this experience a great one! See you next week. Haha jk or my wallet hopes I'm kidding I should say!

Terrible customer service. The front of house employees were so busy hugging on each other that they were ignoring customers and when asked for help they said they were helping other people. Pitiful.

Terrible customer service. Drove all the way to get my clothes hemmed, and they said they weren't hemming because they were having a sale. Maybe if they ever picked up the phone or announced that anywhere, it would be more obvious. Do not advertise a service with limitations unless you plan to make good on it.

I purchased the men's blazer online and took it to the Cerritos store to have the sleeves altered, they pinned up the sleeves and placed my work order. I received notification a few days later that my work order is complete and ready for pickup. I brought the jacket home and had my husband try it on, to our disappointment the sleeves had not been altered. I returned to the store after I pinned the sleeves up again and explained the situation. I was now told that alterations on the men's blazer sleeves are not complimentary and there would be a $35 charge. This was my third visit to the store, their explanation was that the sales associate is new and would I like the sleeves altered for $35? I do not see that a training issue is my problem, very disappointed. I will not shop at this store in the future. Poor customer service.

I asked one of the workers if what do I need in order to work here and gave me an attitude like if I was gonna take his job away and was budging into my sister in law and my conversation like if we were asking him for his opinion literally the rudest worker .

Went to get some lululemon clothing hemmed. Usually I get an update that my hemming request was submitted via email within a few minutes of leaving the store. This time I did not get an email. I waited an hour and still no email about my hemming request. I was worried that my expensive lululemon clothing would be misplaced or lost. Had to drive back to the store 20 minutes to redue my hemming request. I spoke with a worker and they could not find my hemming request in their system. Once she initiated a new hemming request I got an email in 1 minute confirming my hemming request. The original worker who helped me stated they did not hem my type of clothing but when i told her i got the same type of clothing hemmed at this same location the prior week she took in my request. She was rude. This is terrible customer service. F-

Purchased 5 ABC Joggers. I needed them hemmed because they were too long. Went into the Cerritos Lululemon location and they processed my hemming request quickly and efficiently. I was told they would be be done in about 3 days. I got a email 2 days later stating my hemming order was ready for pick up. The hemming on the joggers are excellent quality! My joggers fit perfectly now! Customer service is A+++ and I was in and out with my new hemmed Joggers in no time! Highly recommend this location! A+++

Highest quality of athleisure clothes and the best customer service. Kayla, the store manager, made sure that all my clothing needs are met and went the extra mile of exchanging a jogger that cannot be hemmed to another product of my choice. Lululemon stands behind the quality of its products and make sure the customer is fully satisfied. Thank you so much Kayla and Lululemon for an excellent experience and for more to come.

This new location is HUGE! Much bigger than some of the Lululemon's I've been to ( & trust me I've been to a fair share in the OC). The other big locations are Newport & South Coast! They had their teeny tiny pop up shop at Cerritos Center for a while & I am glad they are staying permanently. The store is well organized & when I stopped in it was not very busy & customer service was amazing. Unfortunately they did not have the item I was looking for but did offer to place an order for me, since I was in a time crunch I opted to search around some more before ordering online.The girl that assisted me was helpful & I can't wait to stop back in to grab all the good stuff!

This store has issues with removing security devices after purchases. Not only is it a major embarrassment, but it's an inconvenience and leaves a bad first impression. An associate cleared the security tags, roughly shoved hundreds of dollars of products back into the bags and then handed them to me with items still loosely hanging out the top. I had to waste even more time re-adjusting things myself to make them fit as I stood there mortified. Not a good shopping experience. Paying customers shouldn't walk out the door embarrassed by false alarms.
