The girl that helped us initially was decent but the guy after her was very rude. I assumed he was the manager. He made me feel very unwelcome and made me feel like I was stupid for not knowing something.

The customer service is very poor. I just had a poor experience with their “supervisor”. She was not accommodating at all and was quick to say no. The customer at South coast plaza is much better. I won’t go to this store again.

Recently I took a trip to the Cerritos mall and stopped by the Michael KORS store. It was a BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE AND A BEAUTIFUL SPIRIT ?sales associate by the name of Destiny ?assisted I and my mother, also a gentleman helped my mother but I’m so sorry I forgot his name ???he was great as well ? they both definitely deserve a RAISE ? or a PROMOTION ?????. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK AT THAT PARTICULAR LOCATION!!!THANK YOU SO MUCH AND I ❤️ MY NEW ? ?

I went to the store because I bought some glasses and it was ruined on one side and a very angry employee said I'll fix it for you. When you go to buy, they are very friendly when you go for a complaint, very angry.

As a loyal customer of Michael Kors, I have always admired the brand's commitment to quality and style. However, my recent experience at the Cerritos location has tarnished my perception of the company. I believe that exceptional customer service is crucial in maintaining customer loyalty and trust, and it is disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism from a brand that I have previously held in high regard.

Dude made me feel like less than, as soon as i said i wanted to return or exchange. I wasn't aware of return policy of 30 days, I was out of it; but the way he treated was extremely rude. Maybe becaused I wasn't dressed to the the 9s walking in to the mall, I don't know. The young lady that I was speaking with was actually very nice until he interjected. He insisted the bag had been used, it had not. He has completely convinced not to purchase from MK again.

I purchased an MK product online twice, once from MK and once from a department store (for the simple reason that there was a better price during the return window). I returned the department store item to MK. It was exactly the same item with all the tags needed but there was an additional barcode that could be easily removed. He had an attitude and refused to accept it. Other reviews also suggest that the manager is very rude.
