Rosa A. in the shapewear section had the worst attitude! I've encountered her twice. The first time I went shopping for shapewear to wear under my wedding gown, she pointed around and refused to help, so I left. The second time was today, when I returned one of the shapewear I purchased, she looked at me as if she was disgusted that I was returning anything. There was no greeting or conversation; she took my receipt, gave me the new one, and left. I never thought I'd have to write something like this, about one of my favorite Nordstroms now makes me want to avoid going back.

When you’re a med student you never have time to do anything especially shopping. Shopping can be stressful and time consuming and it can lead to last minute shopping. Came in to buy a nice bodysuit for a dinner and it’s when I encountered an employee named Valerie. Valerie was very helpful and helped me find a nice bodysuit. She was very attentive and caring when it came to me expressing what I was looking for. She didn’t hesitate to accommodate to my needs! Best shopping experience I’ve had in a while!

My Dad and I were shopping for walking shoes in this nordstrom and was having trouble deciding. This very nice girl named Marisol recommended even better shoes than I have originally decided. She helped us through the whole process and I just want to say thank you.

I had the most unpleasant time here at this store one of the coworkers was extremely rude with a disrespectful horrible attitude I always love coming to this store but today was just the worst I got the co workers name and her name was Valerie and if this is the way she treats all your customers and you guys allow that it’s says a lot about this store DO BETTER 👎🏽

Ian the manager is one of the worst people I had to encounter. He is so rude to his staff and so lazy, he made the employees do everything I asked specifically for him to help me with. I guess he was too busy feeling up on and flirting with an employee in the back. Fortunately I got that employees name, Val or Valerie. 👎 don’t shop here!

Yesterday was my very first time shopping at Nordstrom Rack.. My Husband was gifting me with some requests.
We had a great experience and the Staff member Nicole, she was helpful, understanding and kind.
She was able to fully support our whole experience.

One of the worst cosmetics departments among all Nordstrom stores that I have ever shoped at! And this is not my first bad experience here!
The employees are unfriendly, rude and not willing to help!
Today I had a return and the store was pretty quiet , all employees in cosmetics were either ignoring me or on their phone ! So I walked to this guy in mac counter asking him politely to help me and he told me to go to another person!!! I told him that there is no one else available, so he went behind a register, did the return, handed the receipt to me and walked away without saying even a word!!!!
The rest of the departments are nice and friendly , I don’t know what is wrong with beauty!!!!
