I have been bringing my car for service here for almost a year. I have been giving them the benefit of the doubt, but this time will be my last. They are always good at telling you you need breaks, transmission oil changes, and so on. I have told my advisor 3 times that my idle start no longer engages. One time they told me nothing was wrong, another time they never ran the test and there is always an excuse. I have taken it for one recall and they have kept my car for 2 days and they have never offered a rental. This past oil change they hit my car while on the lot and said they would offer me a rental to fix the damage in a week. A week passed by and nothing. No updates or anything. After calling like if they were doing me a favor they finally had a rental for me. When I arrived I took my two car seats out to find out they had an accord for me. I have a van, with 4 kids. Michael the manager told me to take it or leave it because he didn't know when he would have a bigger vehicle. No empathy or anything. Just a lift of an eyebrow. I took it since I wanted my car to be fixed and get it over with. The advisor said they would take a look and the idle stop and have my car ready on Monday. Guess what, my advisor isn't in and no one knows anything about my car. No manager is available, like always. I had to be late to work because of the struggle of not fitting in the car and having to drop off kids on several trips. I called again and just picked up my car which they couldn't find and the idle stop is still not fixed. Definitely the worst experience ever.

I bought my car here everything was good. The only issue I had with this location is for the oil change I placed an appointment with them last Tuesday and I came in and JOSEPH VARGAS was the guy that took my car and he told me I will receive a text in a hour and I made sure he had my number so I went to go sit down and wait patiently. Almost 2 hours past by and I see everyone after me that came was gone and i kept checking for a text but no text so I got up and started asking and I asked 2 guys checking in cars what's going on that's it's been almost 2 hours and am still here one of the guys responded to me "on it's probably done go check it with the person that took in your car". Mind you am mad because it's not busy they don't have cars checking in no more so am waiting for Joseph but I see him laughing and talking with his coworkers waisting my time so I go to someone else desk and told him my situation and he went to go to his desk to get my keys and responded to me that my cars been done am so mad Joseph waisting time and forgets to call or text me! He's such a irresponsible person and bad customer service!

EJ and Alex are the best !!! There so helpful and professional. I definitely recommend talking to them . EJ is always willing to go out of his way to help you as well as alex was so clear and transparent with the information he provided . I can guarantee you won't find better sellers in town .Mike Choi is the best finance dealer in honda cerritos . Quick and very pleasant person to deal with . Definitely recommend and ask for them .

I bought a brand new 2024 CRV at Norm Reeves Cerritos last summer after visiting several dealerships. I didn't realized I would enjoy the dealership experience knowing how pushy and aggressive salesmen can be, but they proved me wrong thanks to Marcelo Alcalde. He was patient and easy-going; attentive to my needs, my budget, and my time. He definitely made the experience well worth it! I'm glad I got someone that wasn't giving me all the bs and willing to work with me. It's been 4 months, and I'm still very happy with my purchase. I can't recommend Marcelo enough and extremely grateful for his time and service.

I ended up not purchasing here but I wanted to leave a review for Phil Byrd. I called regarding a car that is listed online that had no pictures. He explained the car is being checked and he gave an accurate timeline of when the car will be available and called me the moment it was ready for a test drive. If I wasn't on a time crunch I would've checked out the car and I'll definitely come back here to shop in the future!

I bought my 2023 Honda Civic here from E J, and he was amazing. As soon as I stepped out of the car, He was outside and ready to help, answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease. Purchased a vehicle on 9/28. Left my down payment and signed a purchase agreement and contract. Deal is approved through Honda finance. Now being refused delivery until Honda finance wires the funds to the dealers account. This is Hondas internal finance company we are taking about, whom has approved the loan and provided an approval letter. Now I have to drive several hours and take another day off work to pick up my car that I've already purchased.I also reached out to their corporate inbox and received an out of office reply from a single person. I'm a Honda car lover. I always own Honda products. This was my 4th car from Honda and 3rd one from the same place. I was very shocked and disappointed with them. First they try to sell me their car alarm and I said I don't want anything other than the car. They still charge me $236 for the car alarm.when i reviewed the paper and I saw that they charge me for alarm. When I went to the office to tell them about it, and they make me sit outside the office for 45 mins, just to tell them about this. After that they pretended that they didn't even know what happened, They sales guy blamed the finance guy and finance guy said he did what the sales guy told him. The next day my car was showing me some error so I took it to the show room and they said there has to be some thing that Has to be updated and I had to leave it for the whole day. So I took the car on Monday again to fix it and left it for a whole day. After a week, I took out my car for a drive with my family. In the middle of the road my passenger rear side tire flew away. I had to get towed and purchase new tire.

Great experience! Our salesman, George Santana was fantastic. He was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the whole car buying process. We were looking at cars at a neighboring dealership and didn't get anywhere near as good of service than with George at Norm Reeves Honda. We are very happy with our new car and highly recommend this dealership.

Went in to look at a 2018 Honda Accord and ended up with a 2020 Accord Sport 2.0. Salesman and Finance person were both friendly but not pushy. Got a deal that worked for us.

*update as of 9/2023REPLACEMENT TRANSMISSION #2 lol. Car got it's new? Transmission put in and it's no longer sounding like a tractor. Went to pick up car after it was deemed ready to go, and the tech informed me of a co payment of 2k lol. Yeah right. He said the "courtesy" they extended me wasn't approved and I had to pay out of pocket. Had they informed me or my husband beforehand we would have just gone straight to a lemon law lawyer instead of giving them a chance TIME AND TIME again to fix the car. After the Tech doing his best to get a hold of person after person and me losing my shit and cursing he asked me calm down (sorry dude) and finally someone gave him the ok to let me take the car without paying. Firstly, we shouldn't be responsible for paying for something we didn't mess up. If you're standing by your used vehicles this indicates that SOME normal wear and tear is expected. But two messed up transmissions within the span of 1 and a half years of ownership is fucking insane. Don't give me that shit. Overall, we would not recommend anyone get a car here. Used or not. Seems the new cars have shitty issues too. Go down the street to Toyota or dodge. They'll take care of you.
