I want to thank the manager and her staff for their help when my son had a seizure while I was shopping in this store today. The manager was very sensitive and very respectful to our situation.

I had to wait over 15 mins at the door before being acknowledged. Once I was in, I was paired with an associate who seemed like she was bothered to help me. I let her know I was shopping for a silver snake bracelet as a bday gift and a gold ring for myself. She insisted I tell her exactly which bracelet and ring to take it out. I asked if I can see the general selection in small for a bracelet and size 8 for the rings and she said "ok so which one?" Every time I go to my regular store they take out the selection of what I'm asking and let me try on and choose, I've never been made to tell them an exact item to be able to browse. Walked out empty handed and placed my order online.

The staff is very helpful. I always stop here to see what's new. There is an employee who has at least 5 bracelets of pandora charms. Beautiful collection over 20 years. Perfect employee that knows his stuff. Very professional, and yet down to earth. Love this place. All the employees are very experienced

service is so horrible. I'm never going here again. only ordering online. I literally had one question before even considering waiting in line and two girls gave me the worst costumer service ever. they couldn't answer my question bc they were too occupied chitchatting. please improve your costumer service. I literally spent over $2k here. never again.

I’m a pandora girly and I usually love my experiences in store. Cerritos associates are rude EVERY TIME. The energy in the store is very unwelcoming. Couldn’t even get a ring cleaning without feeling like my business was unwanted. Very unfortunate.

I decided to purchase charms and do a pick up order. I showed up to the store when my order was ready to only be told to wait in a line outside the store for 30 minutes to pick up an online order. The Assistant Manager ALMA was annoyed when I asked her if online orders had to wait inline to pickup, she was condescending and said everyone has to wait. When it was my turn, I had to wait outside the store behind black ropes for my items to be brought to me. My 3 charms were given to me in a tissue paper only. I ask if I can get them in their original plastic packaging she said no and that she could cancel my order and I could place and online order if that's what I wanted. ALMA was so rude and condescending, I don't know how a person like her can represent a store like Pandora. I was so upset leaving the store with the way I was treated. ALMA I hope you get the training that you deserve so that you could become a better employee and assistant manager.

Came to this store, and the woman at the entrance just brushed us off. They were very attentive to those around us but NOT ONCE did they dare acknowledge us. It was embarrassing. We left shortly after because no bracelet is worth sitting in humiliation AND BEING DISCRIMINATED AGAINST.

We had a not so great experience we got the store manager to take care of us and she was kind of rude a make us feel discriminated by her attitude we where asking for prices and she made a coment to other coworker to take care of us because we where there just for pricing and she was going to take care of the people who where going to make a purchase thanks god we got a great sales person who was nice and helpful with our questions and purchase too bad the manager has that attitude with customers

Staff gets the job done but you won't receive any warmth or friendliness. I normally shop at the store in Disneyland or the downtown Disney location and everyone is pretty happy there. They always offer to clean my bracelet without me asking. I'll stick to the Disney locations.

Horrible customer service. As a paying customer trying to come in to make a purchase and asking questions about their products, they act like you're bugging them. The manager is also rude and does not even try to help. I think the employees and manager (with all the bracelets) need to take customer service 101. You don't feel welcomed there and feel uncomfortable to ask questions. The manager was know help with an exchange and i know there's much more he could of done to help make our situation easier with an exchange but had all the excuses in the world. F this place.

Went in today for a gift and waited 15 mins at the door with no acknowledgment! I finally get walked in and the girl at the door takes my name says look around and they'll call my name. Looked around for 30 mins after being walked in front of and employees reaching in front of me with no manners I finally had enough and walked out!! Don't waste your time and take a drive to another store with better customer service and manners! At least let your customers know you'll be right with them and let them know they matter.
