I took my car for an oil change and tire rotation , so when I got my truck back I went in with tire pressure at 31 psi and I got it back the same way , then they say they do a multi point inspection on the monitors in the drive way , and I bought wiper blades 108.00 dollars and now I'm looking in my information screen and my air filter , says 20 percent left and I was never informed about this or I would have changed it , Not very happy and I did an alignment before there and I asked for the alignment sheet and they didn't supply it to me , I don't know if they did my alignment , they charged me for it ,

I walk in around 5:40pm I was approached by a gentleman that didn't even provide his name, Hispanic very curly hair, my husband and I ask him for a Denali he was very rude and just pointed to where the vehicles were, not once did he walk with us or try to show us any of the vehicles. He kept looking at us from far and didn't offer any source of help. They just lost a customer to the Buena Park location I'll be going there tomorrow.GMC do better with your employees!!!!

If I could give this place a 0 I absolutely would.. took my truck told them what was wrong with it the service advisor Stephanie calls me two days later says the truck is ready for pick up I told her can you check if all the lights are functioning as that was one of the reasons for me taking it she said I'll give you a call back let me double check never called me back I call back she says oh yes they are working told her okay I'm heading out to pick it up she then tells me no sorry we are closing I was left without a car an extra day just because of her poor communication.. then go to pick up my truck the lights aren't working as she said they were then they can't find my truck not the keys horrible the manager Gerry has horrible attitude and awful customer service

This is the most worst dealership i've ever dealt with in my life. I have purchased over thirty different chevy vehicles in my life and gmc. And they sold my vehicle after 6 days of dealing with them. I give them a deposit on it over 5 days ago. I was waiting on my paperwork Because I purchased the out-of-state period in the meantime of waiting. They sold the vehicle on me. I will never do business with them again. And I don't recommend you to either. So many better places to go that won't waste your time. Dealerships that value their customers.

This service department is very un organized. Donald Moreno from the sevice department may have a bad day but his name is mentioned on other posts. He is one of the most unprofessional and highly insulting persons I have dealt with at a dealership. Not only did he misrepresent the length of time but he then disrespected me by chastising me in front of other customers.When I asked for his supervisor or manager he refused to tell me who they were or how I can speak to them.How embarrassing for GMC to have that type of representation.

I received neighborhood mechanic service from a certified gmc technician or atleast that's where I thought I took my vehicle to get worked on. For routine maintenance I get the type of service expected from dealership technicians. Unfortunately when it comes to a major service they don't shine as bright.

Alex was very helpful and honest. Not pushy. Knowledgeable. Everyone else was great. On the day I picked up my truck. Clarissa was great and helpful. Matt the GM was also great. The vehicle needed a couple of things replaced and ordered. Matt ordered them, and will notify me when they arrive and have the issues addressed.Overall a great experience.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. I hate the car buying process and stigma associated with it has usually been accurate when going to dealerships, but Camille was amazing along with the staff and management! I know the car that I wanted and what I wanted to pay for it to make sense and expressed that to Camille. Instead of doing the back and forth, she came back with a better offer that was lower than what I told her I wanted to pay. This is the 7th car I've purchased/owned and the best experience I've had. Her and Cerritos are my go-to's from now on.

I was my first time at the dealership. I was.very impressed. I was treated well by everyone. My sales representative Camille Soto did a great job to ensure a smooth transaction. She was professional, knowledgeable and patient. I was never pressured to do anything that I wasn’t comfortable with. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Great job, Camille!!!

Definitely unhappy with this dealership. I was planning on going in to look at a car and even set a reservation to go look at it. Come to find out they just ended up selling the car anyways. Don’t understand why you would set a RESERVATION if that means nothing.. mind you I was willing to drive 2hrs to go there for the car.
