“I have experienced the best customer service ever in here, INSTA graphic systems. My heat press, has been 7 years, had an issue that the power is off continuously during operations. I went there at 6 AM when they open and they took care of me kindly and my machine got fixed in the same day. They are reliable and friendly. I could trust them. Their names are Raul, Marcela, Conrad, Olga, and one more technician(forgot the name, sorry). I really appreciate it.”

“Everything was great, my only issue was that my blue prints were not stapled as I requested. I get it happens. I did a second trip to get my blue prints stapled, but “Staples” didn’t have a stapler to staple my blue prints. So then why have the staple option if “Staples” doesn’t have the supplies needed to fulfill my needs as a customer. Would this make a difference where I get my blue prints printed…you bet.”
