I've bought at least 3 pairs of glasses in the past 18 months. 2 of these were for me. I like to keep an extra pair of shades in my wife's car. I don't use them much. The film on both lenses started bubbling up after 16 months, took them back to see if they would do anything and they declined to help because the warranty was only for 12 months. My issue with this is that I don't use them often. See the pics attached, they are NOT worn. The manager on duty stated she couldn't do anything and said that I could try emailing their customer care center, they were quick to respond and even quicker to remind me that I was out of the warranty. Just don't like companies that don't stand behind their product or at least do SOMETHING to acknowledge a returning customer. They'll never get one cent from me again.

I felt like I was bothering them, (the sales people)when I had questions, I was not greeted when I entered the store, no other customers were in the store. I will not purchase from this store even though I found a pair that I really liked.

Came by for their 4th july sale at Cerritos mall. Helpful staff and allowed me to take my time and try a few and was patient. 2 for the price of one. Good quality classes and good style for half the price of Oakley or Ray ban. I hope Quay keeps producing good products at reasonable prices. I'm coming back here for all my sunglasses needs and my family

Horrible customer service, came here to purchase prescription glasses for my husband and once they arrived after two weeks, the glasses did not feel right and he complained about them for a couple of days. We decided to stop by the store and ask what is wrong with them, we even took the original doctor note and they said the prescription was entered incorrectly. They entered 1.79 instead of 1.25. We did not even get an apology just offered to get a replacement for free. I am very disappointed in the service and this should not happen. This store is not cheap so just go elsewhere.

Have been wanting to check out quay for awhile because of all their polarized options. I went in today and one of the employees Joe was so helpful in giving me lots of options that met the criteria I’m looking for. I am so happy with my new sunglasses!

Quay stands behind their product! I had a pair of glasses where the metal fell off cause them not to fit properly so I took them in and without question gave me a new pair. I was shocked and pleased at the same time. Thanks guys for not making me eat $70. I’ll always buy more.

I really didn't want to give a 1 star review cause this place is really cute and has great glasses but my review is for the manager Joe I believe his name is. Truly unprofessional and just rude. My friend said she wanted to check out the store cause she wanted some new sunglasses so we go and try on a few pairs and follow the instructions of putting them on a try for them to be sanitized after trying on. Right off the bat he just looks so bothered we are in the store and doesn't even acknowledge us. The whole time just rolling his eyes and definitely felt judged. Like were we interrupting you just standing around?? Then as we leave we say thank you have a good night and he says "bye" in the rudest tone and looking back we see him giving us a look of disgust. Is this how you treat customers? I mean we could easily take our money to Sunglass Hut literally across from you. Think about that next time you're rude to customers for no reason.
