Went In today and the cashier I went to was very rude to a Hispanic lady !! Didn't want to help her because. She spoke Spanish !! Cashier didn't ask for assistance - this is a paying customer and you were rude as hell !! If the cashier does not like her job she should not be working in CUSTOMER SERVICE !! I ASKED FOR MGR AS I AM FROM CORPORATE AND UNDERCOVER . I AM AWARE WHO THE MGR IS AND SHE DID NOT EVEN BLINK AN EYE TO TRY AND ASSIST . EPIC FAIL!!

I really like this store, particularly the one in the city of Cerritos. It has a wide variety of shoes and clothing for women, especially for men, boys, girls and babies; They find everything for the home. ?
In this store they try to keep it in order and that is good because we can find things quickly. ?

I love this location the only thing is that the lines are always slow they always seem to be short staff, the managers attitude is always very bad, shes always in a bad mood, i dont blame her because shes under staff and all stress out. I also wanna mention Olivia does such a good job and always in a good mood, shes so kind, we love her shes the GOAT ?. She deserves a raise, always goes the extra mile for the customers .

My Ross is always a mess.. this store is way too small for the amount of merchandise that is put on the floor. I could understand for inventory purposes . Get rid of some furniture. That section is very dangerous. I’ll be back with picture updates if any.
