Manager Vincent is terrible at customer service. His coworker Amanda told us that he was only being rude because he was stressed… that’s absolutely no reason to treat customers like their time and money don’t matter.

Seemed rushed and no explanation for the first time guests. Workers seemed distracted and equipment condition was not good. Had a better experience at the Culver’s city location

I came with a party of 4 to try out the squid games experience. We were all so excited because we just finished watching the show together. Unfortunately, two of us kept having issues with the headsets and body sensors, so we couldn’t really complete the games. The guy who was working (the guy with the septum piercing and glasses) was not friendly or understanding about our situation- he only gave one of us a credit towards our next visit even though two of us had defective sensors and headsets, and all four of us couldn’t really enjoy the experience because of this. We will not be returning to this location because of our negative experience here.

I would rate this place higher but i dint think the staff cleans the head set and if they do they do a very poor job cleaning it because everyone in my party that went complained instantly ablut the stinky sweaty smell on the head set.

It was a really fun experience, and we would definitely do it again. At the middle of the experience the sound and the whole video game started to cut off, and we had to remove our equipment and get out of the room to ask for help. The staff was able to help us and continue with the experience, but it did take some time to reset the game and put on the equipment again. Other than that, everything was great.

It was awesome lol very Immersive experience. But you do sweat so get ready for that other than that everything is freaking dope any age I would believe any game but I only tried that zombie one so far. Will try to get back and get a higher score soon!

The place it’s self nice and simple. You do get nervous if it your first time, be warned some of you might sweat a little. Overall the experience was amazing specially if accompanying with someone , I feel we would have an even better experience if we came with group of us or joined a group. I do highly recommend If you never try it . Will be coming back for other games to try out.

First time trying the virtual experience and it lived up to our expectations! :) my sister and niece had a great time. Checking in was a quick and easy process. Friendly environment and excellent service by the workers. They answered all our questions and made sure we were taken care of. Will do it again

Top notch VR experience. Squid game was fun for the whole family and quite a workout. Amber Sky is a great shooter game, also younger kid friendly and not scary for kids (like Deadwood), as was Star Trek. Alex was a fantastic host. Very thoughtful about putting on the gear correctly to get the best experience. Great with kids. Made sure everyone had a fantastic experience. Very clear on the instructions and friendly. Thank you! Will give UFL a try once we can get 4 people to do it.

Amanda was very helpful with the group of teenagers that we brought in. She was very patient with the boys. Hopefully we can get her again when we go back

It was such a fun and must do experience. You will def sweat but totally worth lol and the services was amazing. Amanda made sure all of our equipment was correctly on and made sure we had a great experience. 100% recommend

This was my second experience, had a blast. The only drawback was the equipment either a strap came off or the headgear wasn't registering and the happy birthday part glitches with a notice in the middle of my visual field. But the experience was nice and my peeps enjoyed themselves.

was my first time at sandbox vr and definitely a fun experience. the staffs were nice and helped us out. it did had a malfunction in the beginning of the game but they got to fix it right away. deadwood valley is totally a game for a big group but 4 people is still a good amount for the game. will definitely come here again.

Amazing experience!! Our game guide was really outgoing. Explained everything well.The only upsetting part is that once geared up, you constantly have the "please raise your hand" in the head set which often interferes with the game (some head sets, not all) and the guns lag to shoot. other than that, the experience was super fun! The game was about 30 minutes, you get a good workout in so it will get hot
