Came here yesterday and this place has the worst customer service . I came in and it took awhile for someone to acknowledged me . The workers all look like they hate their job . Definitely will not return ever .. I'm better off purchasing shoes at foot locker , champs , nike , and shoe palace . Don't bother wasting your time and money here .

I just walked into the store to look at a couple Nike air forces. I walked by two female employees who completely ignored me. A gentleman walked in with his little girl they welcomed him as well as going straight to him and asking him If he needed a size of anything. I walked by one of the workers again and was again ignored. I decided to walk out. Good selection of shoes but obviously needs to work on customer service

I went into the store today all 3 staff were huddled at the register when I walked in The place was empty no one greeted me (I'm like here we go ) or ask me if I need any help . I walked around finally I made my way to the front register. I asked if they had a specific shoe (showed a pic from the website ) . The male that was in the middle looked at me like "duh " I politely ask can I see the shoe? One of the young girls helped me after he looked at her once I asked to see the shoe , she told me they only have the display shoe which was my size . However ,it was stained . And I brought it to her attention that it was stained . I asked was she sure they don't have any other sizes and she never answered me with words her face and body langue was said no until I was like welll???? She said I only have a 6 or 7 . Honestly , if I made a scene I'll be in the wrong but they really irked me with their behavior . their attitudes was bad like they didn't want to be at work . News flash you in work Customer service so don't make me feel like I'm bothering you because I asked to see a show . On my way out I seen a guy getting shoes for his family helping himself that made me feel better that it wasn't directed towards me they just didn't want to work or be helpful . I went into shoe palace, 2 doors down they were so helpful and went above and beyond!

We came on 7/2 and bought a pair of shoes for my son. My son wears a size 7 so obviously we asked for a 7. Fast forward to this morning, I was getting my son ready and trying to put his shoes on and they didn't fit. I checked the shoe size and sure enough they're a size 6c. So I have a box that says size 7 and shoes that are a size 6c. I called this morning at around 11:30AM and asked to speak with a manager to resolve the issue and i ended up speaking with the assistant manager instead. I told the assistant manager what happened and she asked for a receipt. I told her I don't keep trash and didn't expect to be sold a pair of shoes that were too small. She says to give her a minute and she calls me back and gives us the okay to proceed with a return. I told her we would be coming from a half hour away and asked what time the store would close and she said we had until 7. We got to the store and I asked for the assistant manager and then an associate said they would help us. Fine. So he's scanning the box for like 20 minutes and looking at our debit card and says he can't find the transaction and to come back tomorrow when the store manager is in. I explained that the assistant manager said we would move forward and the mistake was on there part and that we were told it would be resolved today. The associate went to the back and says the manager said the best they could do is perform an exchange. He says they don't have the size we're asking for but that they have the next size up. I tell him it's fine that i'd rather be stuck with too big of a shoe than too small and he brings us a size 10. He then has us sitting there for another 15 minutes because apparently that's how long it takes to print a receipt. Not only did i lose almost an hour of my day but now i'm stuck with a pair of shoes that are too big for my son and i have to shell out more cash and make an additional transaction to get shoes for my son that actually fit. The assistant manager that i initially spoke with didn't show face at all by the way so that goes to show how unorganized the store is. So I guess if you need a size 6 be sure to ask for a size 7 since that's how it works in this store apparently.

STOP HAVING YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY LEAVE YOU FAKEASS REVIEWS JJ. All the five star reviews on this location is just b******** Seriously, there are so many reviews that roast this spot because of JJ. The staff here is decent, young and chill steady vibes. Quite helpful actually. However, the manager J J is a huge narcissistic racist bullshitter this entire shopping plaza has to offer. He lies about not having a size 10 so you would buy the 11 for a price hike. F****** indecent. This was my 4th time here and all the times prior couldnt find anything. In the previous 3 times I've visited this business, The old hispanic guy claiming to be the manager "JJ" is always f****** profiling me. Mother fucker, shouldn't you be asking me if you could help me with anything or atleast say welcome?. What the f*** am i here for shoes or to be discriminated against. Contrary to finding something i like my checkout transaction had to be with him. Unfortunately this is how i came to getting his name. During the transaction he made snarky remarks in Spanish as if i can't understand it. I have tio say hi coming into your business? Thats why im stupid? Wow. The business owner of this location needs to let this f****** guy go... that if he isn't bullshitting and acting like this isn't his own business. Nonetheless, if he really is the manager this location this shop is f******

The manager (or at least I think he is) here is not the sharpest tool in the shed. Let's just say he has miscalculated my shoes twice a s had to refund me twice. Good thing I'm good with Math and caught his mistake. I even had to Do the calculation for him cause he just didn't "get it".

I called to ask about some shoes and the girl that picked up was rude. Did not sound like she likes her job or has any training in customer service. I needed a certain size and when she came back on, she said the size wasn't available. I said "oh ok" then she just hung up... y'all need your employees trained..

Bought an outfit from this store and walked out with a receipt. Returned the next day with tags and unworn outfit and wasnt able to return the purchase. Advised the receipt wasn't in the bag but I have proof of purchase with my card. Cashier gave me the number to corporate. Asked for the managers name. He said "yes thats me and I go by JJ". He then proceeded to greer the hispanic girls who walked in. Never asked if I need help or what the problem was. I'll definitely be calling corporate. What made it worse is the guy who rang my purchase is the same guy telling me they dont do refunds. I also tried calling the store after I walked out. Called 5 times, no answer. But there wasnt any customers in the store but the hispanic girls.
