I love this store mostly because of the customer service . Joe is a gentlemen at the register that is so helpful and his great personality makes it easy to ask questions and clear doubts. We lack good customer service now days. It is so nice to find it here. I have a home based business and I know many times somethings are cheaper if I buy them online. I like to come to the store ... Great Store ....

I go to this Staples for all my printing needs... flyers, posters, etc. All the associates I've ever interacted with are friendly and helpful. The Staples rewards helps make the printing cost more affordable. There was an issue with last week's printing order. I decided to return and pay for my request to be fulfilled. Claudia, the manager of printing services, called me to let me know she would personally take care of the order at no extra cost. Now that is stellar customer service. This is exactly what I keep returning to Staples.

I recently visited staple and while the selection was decent, I found the prices to be a bit higher than expected. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I wish there were more unique items available. Overall, it's an okay option if you're in need of basic stationary supplies.

Great service from the lady working in the printing department. I didn’t catch her name but she had an injured hand and I went around 9am on 3/22/24. Thank you so much for being kind.

This Staples helped me find a new computer and a new chair. And, let's not forget the fact about how affordable they are. I was able to find a new chair and computer under $500. Everything is neat and clean. The pens are so creative and exactly the kind I want. I tell everyone to go there.

Worst customer service I had ever gotten from Staples so far. Since when they tell you they can’t laminate a DOT medical card ?it doesn’t take that long to do. Other Staples have never said no. The person( bald Hispanic dude) had the worst customer skills ever!!! Never coming back.

11.02.23 - This is my favorite Staples store, because it is close to my house. Today I came for a printing job. The lady at this section was busy assisting (there were 4 of us, at the same time). But she helped each one of us, patiently and satisfactorily. I had one more question but by then she was busy at the counter. Another came from behind, surely noticing my raised hand. There was teamwork.I guess this new attitude may be due to the new manager, PAULINE. I have known her since she was at the printing section and she had always been very helpful. I have seen many, come and go, but she and Joe have been mainstays. And they have always had great customer relations. And they know their stuff. Joe, I heard, works limited days so Pauline is just the right choice. I know them though I am sure they do not know me, being just one of the regular customers.

This review is specifically for the worker Eddie. I went there to make funeral programs and Eddie went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. He couldn't open the file I brought on my thumb drive, so he worked his magic and converted it to a file he could work with. Dealing with a death is stressful, but Eddie made this easy and stress free for us.

It's rare I leave reviews for retail stores, but very pleasantly surprised with this location well with an employee of this establishment. Nowadays, I'm on the run and my time is limited. I was in a time crunch so went to self service print met the employee named Eddie who was considerably helpful. I couldn't print on the self service printer due to my USB files being too large to upload. So he offered me solutions and I was able to have them print it for me. Around 391 pages. I couldn't find a survey or customer satisfaction survey on the receipt so I took to Yelp. Anyway I was left with nothing but pure satisfaction with my copies and customer service. Hope this reaches the general manager of the store and he definitely deserves a raise or recognition of sorts. All employees need to be like Eddie

Called the nearby Staples in Long Beach to ask if they accepted old laptops and computers for recycling and the employee said I could go into any Staples and drop off not only computers but computer accessories as well. Was in the area and stopped in at this location and was immediately greeted by two employees. Super quick and efficient transaction in a couple of minutes and it was gone! Will definitely donate any of my future computers and computer accessories at Staples from now on!

Copy center staff are not too friendly very rude Hire hard workers not young kids not lazy .i give my right thumb to old man with glasses harder worker.very friendly and helpful..if staples doesnt do something pretty soon run out bussinnes because lazy staff .staples is awesome company but not staff..
