Customer service is horrible! I would not recommend anyone to come to this location. The lady that helped us(didn’t get her name nor did she have a name badge) was rude. Seemed like she didn’t want to help us. Once we expressed we weren’t interested in buying the latest iPhone 15 she said go look on that wall and my husband tried asking her a question and she walked away. She left us standing there like we’re wasting her time. It’s not ok to treat customers as if we’re annoying her with questions and it’s not ok to roll your eyes at customers when we’re asking questions as if we’re dumb. Idk if she’s the manager but we will NOT be returning to this location for our T-Mobile needs. So disappointed!

T-Mobile by itself I love the value for the service. I think their branded accessories are just a bad value. I have an S23 ultra, went in to get a screen protector. I got a $40 t-mobile branded protector, the person working there put it in. The minute I got home, I had bubbles. Ordered one off Amazon and that worked a lot better.EDIT: if you are looking for exceptional and efficient service, I would recommend the T-Mobile Store at the Los Cerritos Center. I moved my family plan from ATT there and they had up and running in less than hour. Shoutout to the Los Cerritos Center workers!

Good customer service. Welcoming greeting from the store representatives. I went to Malaysia for help with my device. It would not turn on and I didn’t have any insurance. She gave my all my option and helped me pick out what was the best decision for me. Definitely would recommended this location.

Manager was condescending, belligerent and totally rude in handling an inquiry regarding a billing statement. My wife purchased a watch during a promotion and I needed to clarify the billing and obligations to maintain phone number for the watch.After she blew me off by saying I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FULL PRICE for the the watch if I cancelled the phone line, I requested her name and she responded she did not have to.Well I have no other option to voice my dissatisfaction with customer service which she totally lacks. I’ll go to another T-Mobile from here on.If you go to yelp, you can find similar comments so I am not alone in my opinion.

Horrible customer service, went to get a new phone and Hector secretly added a new line to my plan. Went back to try to resolve it and one of the workers tried to play d*** and say that I was lying. Already contacted corporate about this location. I’m not the type of person to write reviews but this place and their workers are just horrible. The worst attitude and very unprofessional. ALSO, Hector and all his workers write fake reviews about themselves to cover all the bad reviews. I don’t understand how corporate hasn’t fired them. Including the manager which is worse

I came to this location to get switch over from ATT. The customer service was great. The worker Malaysia took my contact information because I wasn’t able to do this long process that day but had kept in contact making sure she gave me a better deal then my current provider.

This store needs management review as the recent employees appear to be inadequately trained nor motivated to help customers. Came in for some assistance on my S23 Plus but the employee - Hector was too busy texting his friends than help file my issue. None of the employees at this store wear any name badges and they can't make any decisions so it's a waste of time even going to this store location. No manager on site and it directly reflects the poor service that was rendered. They even have a hard time locating inventory which has been confirmed by T-Mobile to have arrived at that store location. How disorganized is the stock room if you cannot locate a recent delivery? Employees are not trained to evaluate phones for warranty or insurance claim either, so another inconvenience to have to come back when the manager is on site. Again, why are these employees even working the front counter if they are untrained to do so?

Great store great management. Helped tremendously. We always have to remember that their is policies to follow and the employee is following policy. (Overheard someone demanding something that was truly not in the employee's wheelhouse to do)

By far my favorite location in Cerritos. I went in to upgrade my iPhone and was provided with the most excellent service, the manage Hector was attentive an answered all my question. He helped me set up my new device which made the experience personable and pleasing.

If I can give 0 stars... this place would get negative 0 stars. Very bad service at this store. I've already complained to corporate regarding this store to be reviewed. This is first time I'm giving bad review. Experience here was unacceptable. I was here to exchange my phone that was ordered thru warranty. They went in the back and supposingly spoke to manager and to get the replacement phone. The girl who was working with me came back out and said we can't replace your phone right now because my manager has to look at your phone. She said there maybe something wrong and phone has to be in perfect condition. I told her the phone is good condition except for the internal problem that's why there was a phone sent to this store for replacement. She told me I have to come back have manager look at it first. She said manager is gone for the day. I find it odd she said that because Hector had told her speak to manager about the replacement phone. So what has she been doing in the back the whole time? Prior to coming to this store, I went to T-Mobile Store in Downey and they checked my phone and they were the ones to order me a replacement phone. I just told them I will pick up at this Cerritos location since it's close to my house. So this is the reason why I came to this store was to get my replacement phone that was sent. So besides my matter with my phone, my boyfriend was addressing his issue with his Samsung phone with HECTOR. Issue was the loss of speaker after getting off plane. He had recently bought the phone and was just addressing the issue with HECTOR. Hector on the other hand, kept being on his phone texting in front of us and brushed us off and telling my boyfriend he should talk to Samsung since it's a Samsung phone. Hector didn't bother checking my boyfriend phone nor did he even go on computer to check. Hector stayed on his phone texting. My boyfriend addressed Hector and said is there something more important to do on your phone than be helping customers. Hector then said he wasn't helping us it was the girl. The girl was attending to my phone in the back. Hector was the only one on the floor while the girl was in the back. So of course Hector was the only one attending to my boyfriend. Hector believes he did nothing wrong. This attitude on both employees and customer service is very unacceptable. There is more to this but I'll just say, This store lost our business. Soon as I left store I called T-Mobile to speak to corporate.

Customer service is so bad , please don't go any one . I am requesting to owner please change the employee, we go to your shop and the employee tell us to wait out side no reason.. we are go to your store some time but today we get bad service. Please change the employee or close the service. Please don't come this store ..the service are very bad ???

This location has bad customer service. Each time I went to this location, the female manager with piercings was being rude to a customer. The most recent visit resulted in my account being forever messed up. They screwed up my account, which has resulted in multiple calls to try and fix it. Still not fixed!
