This T-Mobile store is in a very busy plaza. Lots of traffic, with cars in and out of the neighboring restaurants. I came here to replace my screen protector on a busy Sunday evening. The employees were welcoming, quickly assisted me with my screen protector replacement. The young man who applied it was very professional and did a great job. Thank you, T-Mobile!

Jeremiah did an excellent job explaining the holidays deals to me and my mom. He went above and beyond with even assisting us in set up and helping further navigate her number transfer, which proved more difficult that expected. GREAT SERVICE! VERY HELPFUL !

T-Mobile is one of the top 3 companies for cellular service. I was with Verizon and they had the best coverage but their plans were just too expensive. I switched to T mobile about 10 years ago and they were cheap and good. Now T Mobile is a big company and their service and plans are expensive and service has downgraded. Their coverage is still good but their plans went up. I think now since they became big it went to their heads. They outsource their reps to the Philippines and it's not the same as before. Overall I consider them average compare to Verizon and AT&T. I am still with them but if I get any problems I will switch.

Went in to replace two damaged screens. Was greeted by a gentlemen, really professional and quick to help. Decari got me out of there within 10 mins, on a busy Saturday. Recommend this location and ask for Decari.

My apple watch screen got cracked so I had bought a new one from the apple store. I visited the store to add a cellular plan to mynew watch. Chris, the sale associate was so knowledgeable and conscientious. He didn’t try to make meupgrade my new watch to a cellular one but helped me replace my old one at a very low cost so I can save $$.He also help me replace my kid’s smartwatch for free using the watch’s warranty which was never mentioned to me by other tmobile store. I had gone to 2 other stores before, and they did not even bother looking up my account. They told me to use an insurance replacement program which would cost me money. Chris saved me more than 500 dollars today. I was his last customer of the day but he took his time explaining. Highly recommend to talk to Chris at this store if you have any issues. He will find a way for you. Very satisfied with his service. Thank you Chris!

Considered getting their promotion for home internet. Seemed like a good deal. I asked the salesman if I had time to think about it before purchase. He said I did. When I returned less than 48 hours later, the entire deal had expired. Why didn't he warn me of the end date?

Love this location! Customer service is top notch. Been with our previous phone carrier for many years and this place made our transition smooth and painless. Ask for Marcus to help with any of your customer service needs. Very patient and professional. Adam was also on the floor and always checked in to see how we were doing. Hospitality, check. First time having a bad experience at T-Mobile. Went in to see if I can upgrade my S21+ to an iPhone and asked to see the phone I was interested in. They asked for my information, I gave them my ID to confirm my account. Even with that they were very hesitant to even consider bringing one out. And eventually brought out an old cracked iPhone. How do they expect a customer to buy a phone without testing or seeing the one they are interested in. Makes no sense. Customers should not be treated this way. Won't be going to this location again.
