Also AP and David are guys with great customer service and a lot of knowledge on both the car scene and offroad scene and always take care of me when i go or have any technical questions. “Fair price for tire rotation and prompt service and even used a torque wrench to snug the lug nuts down to the correct spec. Only reason I could not give 5 stars is because I asked for the tires to be roared in the rear tires to the front and cris cross the front tires to the back. The gentleman informed me that he couldn't do that since my tires were radial and they would develop bumps and wear out. I didn't want to argue with the man as he seemed well intentioned but I got the tire rotation right off the tire manufactures website.”
“First time here with a flat and was greeted by Tony. He does come off as "stand offish" but that's just his personality. Asked to check out the flat and had the tires rotated, and was in and out in 30 minutes. Before leaving and I was about to pay, Tony just said I was good to go. I offered to tip but he said I was good. I was shocked by the excellent customer service. I would recommend anyone in the area to check them out!”

I called and told him what I needed and he quoted me out with a fair price, time frame, and OE parts. Brought the car in a few days later and work was completed in a timely fashion, the car was ready for pick up that same day! So glad I found Best Care Auto, quality work and great prices! “I have a Chevrolet Express. I had a check engine light on, and lack of power. I went to a mechanic shop to check the computer codes: he told me that the problem can be a sensor, or vacuum leak. He was very busy to fix the problem. Then I went to Alexander Auto service, and the guy in charge told me that I had a vacuum leak in the engine. They replace the gasket manifold, and spark plugs in a few days. In this type of vehicle the access of the engine is very complicated. They had to remove the seats and a lot of stuff to replace the gaskets. Now the engine is perfect, and no check engine light. They gave me 90 days warranty on the service. The price that I had to pay was reasonable. I’m happy that I found these guys.I recommend Alexander auto service: quality job and good price.”
“Mike was EXCEPTIONAL! Such a kind man that went out of his way to help replace my battery. They take appointment only and I came in much later in the day around 4PM. I didn't realize an appointment was needed so we were arranging for me to come back the next morning early on. Mike was willing though to take a look to see if it's a battery issue or other issues involved. When we went to the lot, behold my car wouldn't start and mind you it was pouring cat and dog. Mike took a brief quick and said the battery needed replacement now and pushed my car from the lot inside with the help of his guy. He called a few different vendors before one finally agreed to delivery a brand new battery to the shop. Although the issue was minute, the fact that Mike went above and beyond to help me out and event took off 50% labor cost since it was raining and I would have been stranded. Totally just brought in a new customer and will for sure bring my wife's and family's cars here as well.Thanks Mike!”

“Life should be so easy. I brought in my 2008.Ford.Mustang cold air was it a foster on the front blowers very little AC I called over the phone to see if I could bring it in that morning they told me they would check it out within the next 2 hours they called me within 30.minutes they told me exactly what was wrong what the parts and labor and out the door price would be picked it up within an 2.hours later the A/CAnd just like that song from Foreigner you're as cold as ice. I have been personally looking it up on Google what it could possibly be and everything ranged from $400 to $1,200 it came out to $272. out the door which included the $95 analysis to find out what the problem was.I came to them from their Website and all the great 5.Star reviews it had and they can add another one on their board Very.Impressed very clean & very professional. I will definitely let anyone and everyone know of all their services and respect to the customerThank You..Daniel Fisher”
“This place is AMAZING!!!! Tight parking lot but INCREDIBLE service! We had a nail in the tire and without appointment they squeezed us in. Very quickly they got to work removing the tire and pulling the nail. Here is where the 5 stars come in.... They could have gone about their business and charged us. Instead, they come out asking if the tire had been losing air. We answer no, and he shows the nail that was missing the pointed part and said it hadn't pierced the tire. They put the tire back on and then fill the tires to the correct pressure. They then say no charge . What amazing service! We will definitely be bringing the cars here for tires and future service! Thank you SO much!!! Do not hesitate to give these folks your business!!!”

“I booked an appointment for 1:15pm, I arrived on time and they told me it would be about an hour to an hour and a half which was inconvenient but I could've dealt with it. 2 hours later they still hadn't started on my car. I understand being short staffed, but communication sucked and I don't understand the point of having appointments. Update: Edwin the Manager called me and got me taken care of, I appreciated the effort and will be back for my next vehicle needs!”

“I got a flat tire with two nails stuck to my rear tire. I went in right before closing and they patched it up quick and easy, no fuss or anything. I'm always weary of shops because they try to take advantage of women who might not know much about car repairs. I did not get that sense from here. In fact, he noticed a tear in my other tire and gently let me know I should get it fixed sooner rather than later. I will definitely be going back there to get my tire replaced. Would absolutely recommend!”

“I really can't say enough wonderful things about this outstanding repair shop! My Acura is 10 years old and George and Royal at Coast Auto have saved me from ever having to deal with the overpriced dealership service dept. My partner, Kevin, discovered this gem and we have never wanted to go anywhere else. He takes his older Toyota Camry in for regular service and when there is ever anything unusual, they always figure it out and fix it with the quickness and for a fraction of the price others charge. I also have been so happy with my regular service there. Unfortunately, I had to go to the Acura dealership for a recall problem and while there, they told me my windshield wiper fluid container was cracked. The dealership was ready to charge me $600 to handle the problem. I went to Coast and Royal figured out that it wasn't even the container, it was the line leading to the wipers. He is an excellent problem solver and made it happen for almost nothing. Sidenote: Royal loves the wings from the place across the street. We are always so thrilled with his work that it is a pleasure to pick up some wings! We feel like we are going to see friends whenever we go to Coast!”
