I love tj maxx stores and it's my favorite store to shop at but this one is not it. Come here if you want to be followed by staff while they give you dirty looks. I've worked retail and know what can make you a target of being followed and didn't have a big bag or anything in my hands. Even if they thought I was shoplifting they handled it very badly. I shop at tj maxx all the time but I'll avoid this one at all cost.

This used to be my favorite Tj Maxx but now it's like they hired some lazy people to work here. No one approaches you, and when you ask for help they just either ignore you or give you an attitude. I kept asking multiple people to help me in the jewelry section and they just kept walking. Completely rude ! Why apply for a job you aren't willing to even try for. If I were you, id head to the one in Downey, at least the females aren't snotty.

The staff here are always helpful. The shoe dept needs more options, and the bra racks as small as it is could afford to be more organized. The clearance food section had expired items.

We were walking around in this shopping center after lunch and I decided to check out dog toys. There was an aisle with lots of choices. I got 2 small squeeky toys for my little terrier, and one for my son's. The dogs enjoyed playing with them.

This Tjmaxx was at least clean and organized, but not my favorite. However, what really ruined my experience was the cashier, Maritza or Marisa. I only came to return some clothes from previous trips. Well she had the biggest attitude for no reason. It's nobody's fault you're having a bad day
