Some girl named Sandra was absolutely the worst. Asked for help finding a product and she didn't even acknowledge me. She was too busy trash talking another coworker to another guy and rolled her eyes when I asked for assistance a second time.

I was one of the few people in the store who was shopping with a mask. I walk past two of the employees with my cart when on whispers to the other and says, "You see that guy over there, watch him". Shortly after some older white lady that looked like a bootleg Paula Deen came from the back, walked past me and locked eyes with me yet didn't speak. Weird asf. Every aisle I went, there she was "chatting" with an employee that was close by. Y'all still follow Black people around the store? Ridiculous smh.

Oh Ricky(Rickey) ...you seemed soooo annoyed because you called over my brother and had to wait for me to catch up to him a couple seconds to pay for my flowers. Nobody in line waiting but you still managed to roll your eyes and mustered enough energy to force out a "have a good day between your closed mouth teeth Check your grouch at the door or maybe you're more of a better fit for Walmart. You'll fit right

Ahoy there, fellow navigators of the culinary seas! Today, let me chart a course for you through the treasured isles of Trader Joe's, a destination where the spirit of adventure and the love for unique provisions converge in harmonious adventure. As you step aboard, you're greeted by a crew adorned in Hawaiian shirts, signaling that you've entered a port where the ordinary is left at the dock. The Captain and mates, with titles harking back to seafaring days, steer this vessel with a dedication to quality and discovery. Trader Joe's isn't just a store; it's a voyage into a land of exceptional finds, each bearing the trusted mark of their brand. For decades, my compass has guided me to various Trader Joe's ports across the Southern Californian coasts. Each visit is an expedition, unearthing staples of surpassing quality--from the bountiful nuts, meats, and seafood to the freshest produce that the land and sea can offer. The sauces, oh, the sauces! They're a map to the flavors of the world: from the Mediterranean shores with their garlic dips to the vibrant streets of India with their curries, and from the festive fiestas of Mexico to the ancient traditions of China. And let's not forget the wonderfully curated selection of cheeses, wines, and beers, gems that make Trader Joe's a true culinary treasure chest. But what truly sets this voyage apart are the shipmates themselves--super friendly, helpful, and always ready to guide you through the store's labyrinth of delights. Lost in the aisles? Fear not, for they'll escort you to your sought-after booty or search the storeroom depths to check for more. And when the queues threaten to grow as long as the equator, a ring of the bell summons additional crew to man the registers, ensuring that your journey is smooth sailing. The exchange with the cashiers is more than a mere transaction; it's an exchange of culinary tales and recommendations, where honesty and enthusiasm can lead to discovering new favorites among the shelves. Many a time, their sage advice has led me to uncharted waters, trying items I would have otherwise sailed past. To all who seek a market where the journey is as rewarding as the bounty, set your sails for Trader Joe's. Here, loyalty is rewarded with continuous excellence in service and an ever-improving selection that keeps the culinary adventure alive. As a devoted fan, I can attest that Trader Joe's is more than a destination; it's a journey worth taking again and again. Fair winds and following seas to all who embark on this culinary voyage!

Typically a nice store but today my 5lb mini pinscher was kicked out by front door lady, unfortunately that ruined it for me .

Visiting Trader Joe's in Cerritos always feels like a treat, thanks to the exceptionally friendly staff who make every trip memorable. However, the popularity of this spot is both a blessing and a slight inconvenience. It's great to see so many people loving the place, but the large crowds and lengthy lines at the checkout can be a bit overwhelming, especially during peak hours. While the bustling atmosphere is part of its charm, navigating through the packed aisles can sometimes take away from the otherwise delightful shopping experience. It's a reminder that even great places have their busy moments, but the warmth of the staff and the quality finds still make each visit worthwhile.

This is my second time here, I don't know why I didn't write a review last time but better late than never. I only arrived to get my daughter some soups due to her having 4 wisdom teeth pulled(ouch). She couldn't eat solid foods so I knew for a fact Trader Joe's soups are not only good, they're healthy for the most part. I selected 2 and then walked around and see if I could find more great things to spend my money on. What I got was a dry bar of soap that is a shampoo? It smells delicious! I also got very nice rose scented candles! I asked for packaged mashed potatoes to give to my daughter but a very friendly employee told me they only have mashed potatoes available in the frozen section. Who would have thought? The mashed potatoes are in little strips sort of like string cheese, you simply open the package and put the little chunks on your pan and cook, no water or butter they just cook like that, pretty awesome if you ask me. I got lots of great items, raspberry pop tarts, chocolate croissants, oatmeal bars, salads and some delicious strawberry lemonade. What an amazing grocery store! Customer service and friendliness was great. I do recommend highly!

My favorite Trader Joe's, always enjoy shopping here. It was my birthday today and I read that they give out free flowers if you tell them. I went in and ask and the sweet female cashier at check out and she said they don't do that. I was a little sad, but it was okay. I just wanted to see if it was true. She gave me a strip of flower stickers instead.

Checked out this Trader Joe's. It seemed fairly new. It was right next to Costco, which allowed us to make multiple trips during our grocery shopping day in the plaza. There is ample parking there and there is a great coffee shop right next-door that I'd highly recommend if you have a chance to stop in and grab some coffee or grab a snack. The customer service here was fantastic as You usually expect from any Trader Joe's. Overall great experience here and would recommend.

Friendly staff. Good location. Like their produce. Trader Joe's continues to impress on the level of customer service. It's either a great hiring process or a phenomenal training program, but TJ's employees are always bright, helpful, interested, and attentive. Other companies could take a lesson. Their prices feel a bit on the high side. I wouldn't mind paying them if the quantity/size of the products were larger. Either way, we keep coming back willingly!
