I use UPS frequently, but I recently had one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful experiences ever. I brought a large box, got scanned it, and then UPS employee pointed with his finger as if commanding me to move the heavy box to the door myself.
This is absolutely unacceptable. Moving packages to the door is UPS’s job, not the customer’s responsibility. Telling a paying customer to do the work is rude, unprofessional, and completely against what a service company should stand for.
This Spanish-speaking employee clearly needs retraining on customer service and professionalism. UPS must ensure their staff treats customers with respect.

Only use this place if you want your items to be “missing”. In other words, they will steal your package if they realize you havent insured!!

For the love of god, dont use this place. I made a mistake of not looking at the reviews. This store if full of thieves. They didnt offer insurance to me and the moment they realized my package was not insured they basically stole my items. Upon checking using the tracking number, it says one or more of the items were reported missing and ups discarded the package!! I am certain that my items were stolen by this store. Ofcourse, reaching out to them is not helpful. One of the employee told me he cant see anything using the tracking number I gave, others were just ad rude. Instead of trying to help, they put me on hold for 20 minutes. Please do not use this store!!

Everyone here is so helpful and friendly. And they go out of their way to help you with whatever you need. I won’t go to any other location now. These employees are the best!

UPS lost package. Staff was not trained in what to do. They left a message for the manager, who was not there.

I went in person to create an international shipping label and they told me they “were not authorized to create international labels”
That’s literally a baseline service for any shipping company?? Seems like incompetence or they were lying to avoid doing work

The tracking for my package stated it would be delivered between 12pm-3pm. I made sure I was home to sign for it. The app later stated a delivery attempt was made at 2:55pm. The delivery driver lied and never showed up.
I called to complain and the representative obviously didn’t care with his tone and tried to reassure me the driver showed up. Ironic how I told him my front door was open during those delivery hours with no actual attempt to deliver.
The representative told me “make sure you’re home and the driver will come back at 8pm.” Anyway, the driver did show up with my package. The driver, some kid, gave me attitude for reporting him and then handed me my package which was obviously thrown around and damaged. Take a look at these photos…box opened, torn, even the cans were dented. Terrible customer service. Businesses should choose another carrier.

This location has plenty of low reviews for a reason.. I paid to have my delivery date changed and took the day off of work to receive it. I’m sure you can guess, but the package never arrived. In fact the tracking has not even updated in days! I called a supervisor who gave the wonderful explanation of “I don’t know what happened” with no further details. This is a very expensive piece of machinery I am waiting for that is crucial for my business. Not only have I missed a day of work but I am also going to be heading out of town with no idea when my package will arrive. Wonderful.

Mechanical failure has lead to my package vanishing into the Cerritos void. Every day it post pones one more day, and no one will speak to me. Looking forward to filing my claim with these clowns.
Edit: getting a reply after being ghosted is absolutely priceless. I left a bad review because y'all already messed up multiple times. I will not be utilizing your services nor will I follow up so you can placate it further.

Cant log in to ups, after spending hours Ups . Now, I'm not able to enroll for Ups Choice. I literately just trying to send a message of what the code to building is so the driver can have an easy time getting in to building. I called this center of distribution it is a 40 min wait time. I just recently have invested 5,00 dollars stock for UPS after this experience and seeing all these 1 star reviews I'm just going to pull my money.

Absolutely terrible I was supposed to get my package a few days ago. It said it was on the truck and out to be delivered. I would receive my package between 9 am to 3pm because I was supposed to sign for it. Literally nothing after 3 still nothing then at 6 if says it will be delivered at 7 and still nothing. Now two days later I called to see where my package is and they are telling me it is lost. They also told me my package never went out for delivery an the last note that they have is that it was put on a truck. Now how do I get notifications that it's being delivered to them saying it's on the truck but it's lost. It was a phone and I'm pretty sure it was stolen. And from the other 1 star reviews it seems about right. I have screenshots of it out for delivery so UPS is lying about the last known location. And it was put on the truck to be delivered how does it get lost on the truck. DO NOT TRUST UPS WITH YOUR PACKAGES!!!!!!

Worst UPS store. Bad service. Employees with a lot of attitude as if everyone owed them $10 million dollars! Bring your business to other UPS stores that deserve it more.
