“I had a good experience taking my car over to Cerritos Toyota. Claudia was very friendly and super helpful. It felt like a pleasant personalized experience.
Only downside I’d say was in regards to the waiting area. It felt a little run down and there wasn’t enough tables to work from (one table top was not secure so you couldn’t set anything on top without it tilting a lot). Also, one of the main seating areas nearest the bathrooms smelled like bathroom cleaning supplies. It smelled very strong and I opted to sit outside.”
