Old white lady with thick glasses doesn’t know how to talk to customers she was rude to everyone and didn’t want to give me a receipt for packages that are already prepaid for she didn’t have to do anything but give me a receipt and gave me a hard time this was the first time out of all the years I’ve been shipping stuff out this was the first time anyone gave me a hard time about a prepaid package with correct labels on it don’t think she’s the right person for the job if she’s not not doing work correctly and being rude towards every individual she encounters role/position should be re-evaluated at that point she should know better given her age I find it crazy how many people walked away unhappy before I even went up

Poorly trained staff at the location. Provides wrong info in regards to po box rental. Glad left and moved on.

Used to be open for a couple hours on Sat to get mail but apparently not anymore. Hours during week are 8-430. Gotta close my PO Box. Ridiculous. Guess this place is only for retired folks now.

Actually, what do you expect from the USPS? We do not expect a five star service , becuase it is a USPS office, but believe me, this is the worst USPS ever. If there is a downsizing of USPS offices, this one should be the first to go. Especially that young woman; I assume her main goal is to get fired from her job. If that's the case, she's doing just fine.

The old white lady will ask you in front of everyone what’s in the box instead of the usual question “ is there anything liquid , fragile , hazardous or perishable like they’re supposed to ask instead will make you feel uncomfortable and also airs out the drama between her and her coworker to me which was very foul and unnecessary 😮 I’ll stick to the artesia location from now on everyone is proffessional and done in timely manner

The young Asian woman talks down to people. She had smacked my package several times telling me to "go to ups. the place with the brown track..over the hill". My package had a delicate item in it! Come correct and leave your bxtchy attitude at home or in the car!! You don't talk to people like that! And be more respectful with their items!! If you don't want to be there then quit so USPS can replace you with someone much better and who actually wants to work!

Do not come here!
I've been here twice and each time the wait has been over 20 minutes and their self service machine doesn't work properly.
They only have one person working with the customers with a line out the door.

The asian lady named CHRISTINA is so rude and bratty, she handles packages with uncare attitude, I cant even send my packages properly with her unlike other post office stores that offer better services. Out of all the USPS stores, this has got to be the most grumpiest workers ive been to. Christina cant even say things nicely to me and professionally and always have b-tchy attitude. Not only that, the old white lady is also rude and thinks shes always right. Miss, I've been shipping at USPS stores for over 8 years and I've never seen such rude staff. Must be so miserable working there huh? Well GOOD LUCK. Never going there again.

I recently took a package to be shipped and I received excellent customer service from the young lady at the counter. I did however overhear an older lady working there being really rude to a customer. The customer asked the lady a question and she talked down to him and raised her voice. This was not her first time, whenever I go to this location I always hear the same older lady being rude to someone. Luckily I've gotten helped by another person working at the counter every time I've visited, and received amazing service. I just dread one day getting helped by her.
