Welcome to Wells Fargo. 18 people in line (10 in front me and 8 behind) and one teller. Managers mentally checked out behind the glass and account reps behind empty cubicles staring at computers. Customer service has gone out the window.

Avoid this branch at all cost. Unless you have 1 hour of your time to waste. They had 4 tellers on the first of the month, which I was surprised about. But of course they closed one window and only had 3 tellers available for a line of 15 people and growing. Wells Fargo needs to do better.

Ever wonder why they always tell you to go to online banking? The Cerritos location is unfamiliar with ESCROWS and wire transfers and or questions about them. They simply have the answer of you can go to online banking. If im at the branch already why tell me to go home and make zero attempt to help? Staff will tell you they're short staffed..at 940am manager said she wasn't sure they could get a wire done by the cut-off, t he cutt off is 2pm.....what a tactic to get me to leave now we are leaving th bank altogether good job Cerritos Branch! They do not care about your business nor can they answer questions. Trued to tell me to write a check for escrow......

Not a good Branch they are not very organized and very unprofessional. Set appointment to se business rep but guy is never there.

I went to my safe deposit box today and was told to have a seat and it will be a 20 minute wait. Wow! Not good for someone on their lunch break. I shook my head and left quietly. Very poor customer service. I used to love coming here. Been a WF customer since I was 19 yrs old, and Im now 56. There has been a huge decline in service in the recent years. Very sad.

Went today with my brother to open up an account for him. We were turned away because we didn't have an appointment, though three ladies were just sitting and chit chatting with each other. With all the recent bad press this establishment has had, I would think they would go the extra mile to help gain new customers. I guess they would prefer to open up new accounts amongst themselves to pad their numbers. Went across the street to Chase and they went out of their way to help us.

Came here to help my mom deal with the accounts that my mom and dad had together. The banker my mom had been dealing with over the the past few years was pretty awesome. I was weary when we walked in and was waiting to bombarded with "special deals" or other things to move her money into. Instead, Joe Cortez was super helpful. There was lots going on in the bank but Joe was very professional and took his time helping my mom. He explained things thoroughly to my mom and was just super patient. If people out there have banking oncerns or legit questions I would suggest calling him up and setting up an appointment. Thanks Joe for your help and thanks to Robert also

I tried calling the bank on Gridley to report an issue but I only get recordings. THERE IS A HUGE PILE OF TRASH IN FRONT OF THE BANK!! IT IS UNSIGHTLY & UNSANITARY!! Customers have to walk past it to get to the walk-up ATM!! I was there this Monday & I can't believe it is still there today, Saturday!! Please clean it up ASAP. You must do a better job of maintaining your bank!!

I was a bit disappointed to wait for 30 min and not be asked if I had an appointment. I waited in line for a teller who was so kind. He told me I needed to scan a QR code to be seen for an appointment. I did that and waited another 15 min then finally an older woman told me I have to wait to see if someone shows up. Which they did. I waited an hour and was unable to be seen which was fine since I didn't have an appointment. I ended up leaving as I had other things to do and went to another location another day.

I don't know why I'm writing this because management obviously couldn't care less but the line is completely out the door on 12/17/22 Saturday morning as other reviews have said. I happen to be in the area so that's why I'm here but geez. If this is one of the few branches open on a Saturday in the area do they really think having 2 tellers is sufficient? Management any responses to these reviews???

Don't come here! Move your money to Chase Bank! Line goes out the door, takes over 45mins , bec the management team here doesn't know how to schedule employees during busy hours. Johana the manager here does nothing to help her tellers! If I could give Karen the bank teller 5 stars I would!

Terrible terrible they do not help, the service is slow, the management is terrible, they should shut down the whole branch due everything habit. To be self served as you go into a branch to receive professional help yet you must do it yourself so close the whole branch down. Fire all the workers, seems as if they do not like doing their proper jobs that is a J O B in America.

Worst service ever and by reading other reviews they lie to people when you see the long lines and there are only TWO freaking tellers! Manager said tellers had called in sick, it's a lie! This is such bad management! Whomever is running this branch needs to be fired. Waited two hours to cash a check. Because my husband opened an account and they didn't give him a debit card. Lied to him about his account and how much he needed to keep in his account even though he has direct deposit and a savings account!
