  The already low rating matches our experience here as well. Rarely ever available. One time they were available their system was down. The next time they actually were available they were rude. They definitely make the top 3 list of worst customer service ever. Why stay in business if you don’t want to help customers?

  No One is ever available to service western union, either they went home early, or they are in break don't waste your time driving there and then be told you can't send money with western union right know. No structure or organization what do ever
