I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this Zara location. I purchased a perfume yesterday, and when I returned to the store today to request a return or even just a store credit or exchange, I was told it was not allowed. I completely understand that stores have policies, but it was surprising and frustrating that there was absolutely no option provided, especially considering the item was purchased just one day earlier and is still brand new.
I’ve been a loyal Zara customer for years, and this is the first time I’ve encountered a situation where there was no flexibility at all with a return, even for another product or store credit. Because Zara is such a well-known brand, I expected a more reasonable and customer-friendly resolution. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider future purchases, especially when it comes to beauty and fragrance items.
I hope Zara reviews this policy and considers offering customers at least an exchange or store credit when something is brought back immediately and in perfect condition.

Horrible ,,experience i went in with my son while in line I was ignored and not even greeted to help me the whole time the cashier kept looking at my debit card I dont know wht she was thinking maybe I couldn't afford it no customer service . Seriously Zara do better

I will not be shopping at Zara again. I visited the store on Wednesday, October 29, and purchased two items — a pair of boots and a dress. I didn’t have time to try on the dress while I was there.
While waiting in line to check out, an employee asked me to use the self-checkout. I paid with my bank card, and the transaction was approved, but I never received a receipt. I then approached a store associate near the fitting rooms and asked if she could help me reprint the receipt. She told me it should be sent automatically to my email or by text, but I never received it.
The next morning, I returned to the store to return the dress. However, I was unable to do so because I didn’t have the receipt. I spoke with the store manager, who happened to be the same associate I had asked for help the previous day. She refused to assist me and said I couldn’t return the item without a receipt. I reminded her that I had asked for her help the day before, but she seemed uninterested and brushed me off again, insisting that the receipt should have been emailed.
I asked for her name, but she refused to give it to me. I also asked for a reference ID or some way to identify her, and she wouldn’t provide that either. If customers can’t get basic information, how are we supposed to resolve issues or report problems properly?
This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I work hard for my money, and I will choose to spend it at Mango instead — their customer service, both from employees and managers, is much better. You’re greeted as soon as you walk in, and they actually care about helping customers.

Never in my life would have I thought Zara would give me such a difficult time returning a piece of clothing haha. I spent about $500 here and didn’t like the way a piece of clothing fit so I decided to return it a week later, these employees gave me the most difficult time trying to tell me I wore them and they had stains on them, how are you going to tell me they have stains when I DIDNT wear them?!🤣 I’m not sure if it’s a company thing or just these employees but I highly suggest to not shop at a this Zara, im never the one to write reviews but damn that was ridiculous spending 45 minutes just to return a pair of $60 pants going back and fourth with these employees

I had a disappointing experience at Zara. I purchased a dress that was too short and had a flaw in the fabric. When I requested an exchange or refund, the employee refused to assist or offer store credit. She claimed that the dress had been worn and smelled as if it had been washed, which left me puzzled. She also displayed a dismissive attitude. I asked her how she could make such a determination, but she didn't provide a clear explanation. I made it very clear that I never wore or washed the dress. Honestly, I don't understand what her issue is. I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service, behavior, communication, and overall experience. I would rate all of these aspects as 0.

As a first time buyer at Zara I tried to make a return however I will not be coming back to this store because a girl who specifically had red hair and had a attitude towards us and was extremely rude.if you don’t want to work at customer service nobody is forcing you

Zara is truly in its decline. 100% polyester tanks with loose threads and see through, spandex fabric for $30? Do we look that stupid. Not to mention, one of their security guards (a tall white man in an ill-fitting black suit) yelled at me for checking my phone while walking when I was the one who had to dodge HIM.
That being said, the staff is impeccably kind and knows exactly where their products are located. If this review was only about customer service, they would have 5 stars.

I’m very disappointed with the customer service at the men’s section of this Zara store. The employees come off as unapproachable and give off negative energy the moment you walk in. It genuinely feels like they don’t want to be there or assist customers.
I experienced rudeness when trying to ask a simple question, and it was clear they lacked basic customer service training. There was no greeting, no offer to help, and their attitude made the shopping experience uncomfortable.
Zara should really consider providing proper training to their staff on how to engage with customers professionally and respectfully. Shopping should be a pleasant experience—not one that makes you feel like you’re bothering the staff just by being there.
Very disappointed. I hope management takes this seriously.

I have been coming to this Zara for over 4 years already. Based on how long I have attended there all my experiences have been amazing and no complaints. I can say that I have been to this Zara at least 200+ times. The atmosphere of this Zara is welcoming, when shopping I feel comfortable and safe at all times. For every time I have attended I have never witnessed for experienced any sort of complaint. Physically this Zara is always organized and clean making my shopping experience amazing and easy every time. As well as the atmosphere Zara’s employees are kind, formal, and respectful at all times also making my experience comforting. Other than the atmosphere and employees, Zara clothes is impeccable. The styles, colors, and textures of the Zara’s clothes is high quality and every fashionable. Zara is worn by many A-list Celebrities and Fashion Icons like Hailey Bieber, Selena Gomez, Emily Ratajkowski and many more. I definitely recommend shopping here, if Zara is your style then shopping you can get high quality clothes and shopping experience!

This is for one of the young ladies specifically, (I dont see her name on my receipt but she had on a white shirt today, long hair and a small braid in the front lol. I was a little short with her because of a discrepancy over a return and she handled it very well. Good customer service is always a value.

I was there last night 2/17. To make a return, the cashier lady was really nice and asked for my number ,since I didn't have the receipt. She was able to pull up the item on the system and said I'll be getting my manager. Manager came over I explained the situation and she said no you can't return it and left. She was really rude and had an attitude. She literally walked away in less than a min.
