The worst experience I ever had with any of my purchases. They just send me a package with my clothes without box . They wrapped clothes in a PLASTIC WRAP. All plastic came damaged of course. All clothes are dirty and in awful condition. I send all pictures to the customer service and they just don’t care . They said me that I will need to buy the box and send them the closing. So I will need to spend my time , my money … and they just apologized for inconvenience. That’s ridiculous. Worst customer service everAnd more than that , I was buying Zara’s kids clothing for 6 years now , and probably they changed a place where they do their clothing . Very poor quality

I had very bad experience at this Zara shop. The employee named Thabitha was not at all kind with her words and was talking in a rude tone. She was not even ready to make an eye contact while talking. I felt offended and you a step to escalate to the manager in charge. However I never saw the manager taking a move to take to the employee at least to enquire what happened.No more business with Zara. Learn to be kind with customers first.

I found cute clothes, but with the new self-checkput system I found it a little unorganized. Everyone was making one like but it turned out to he a returns only and everyone was redirected to a different line. They need a better system.

I had issues with my return at this store. The cashier who processed my return did not know what she was doing. The Manger stepped in to assist, she was very rude and unprofessional. She is not kind with her words. I did not have a good experience at this store.

They have nice clothes and reasonable prices, the only negative thing is the wait to pay for items, especially if they are having a sale.

poor policies and customer service. bought something and 2 days later it goes on sale asked to refund the difference and they said no. manager said that I had to return it and come back 24 hours later to buy it again.

I've been to this Zara a few times this month and their selection is really good for womens basics right now (like tanks, crop tops, and some dresses) but for everything else it's not the best. They don't always have all sizes, and make sure to check the clothes before you buy it because sometimes there will be small stains.

Store recently updated with self-check out kiosks and separate line for returns. Staff is nice and courteous. No more long waits, very organized now. I would prefer this store over the South Coast one.

Zara is overpriced when you buy original price, especially for the quality of some of the items. Couldn't find the size we needed. Otherwise, I love the jeans they carry and the dresses are nice too.

Clothes are fire but they don’t have staff at the men’s checkout, so instead the line is easily 60 people long in the women’s area. Takes way too long. Zara please hire adequately, the store makes enough money.

Most organized Zara by far! Definitely prefer this location over South Coast. I did an online return, the line moves pretty quick, download the app for a quicker return! Will be coming back to spend my paychecks here!

Waited 45 minutes to return an item last night. This place is stupid ridiculous. Girl working the returns register last night was so damn slow and looked lost.
