I've been to this plenty of times over the years. The employees have changed over the years but they still always have great service no matter the time, ranging from the middle of the night, to somewhere early in the morning. Definitely a solid 7 stars out of 11 store!

I stopped by this 7 Eleven today to get a snack. I got a parking spot right in the front of the store. There not a lot of parking in the small plaza this place is in so be aware. There usually a homeless person in the front of any 7 Eleven too so it's not uncommon to see, there was one today when I came but he didn't brother me. When I walked inside, I went straight to the candy aisle and looked at what they had. I went with the Crunch chocolate bar and they have a promo where if you buy one then the second one is way cheaper. I walked around the store before paying just to see what they have as well. I saw some ramen, car oil, cold medicine, beef jerky and of course beer here. I looked at their hot food selection but wasn't craving anything. I also looked at their energy drinks but didn't see the brand that I wanted so I went to pay. The employees working today was very nice with me and I didn't have a bad experience here.

I've lived around the Chatsworth area my whole life & have never had an issue regarding customer interaction. Neighboring stores are pleasant & respectable. Although as of July 1st 2023. I've never had so much disrespect towards my 2 kids & I.We visited the location to redeem 3 promotional products we got on the 711 app.The cashier, an older male wouldn't let me redeem it at first. Even ridiculed as to how it wasn't valid when I received confirmation from customer support earlier that day that it was.This situation continued until he raised his voice & started yelling at me. Even directing argument towards my kids, who were already very scared of what was happening.I'm disgusted at this behavior & will no longer be providing business to this branch.

Do not go here poor customer service and the old guy working here has a bad attitude, he had already scanned my items and I asked for a scratcher and he refused talking about I need to re scanned and just non sense just save yourself the trouble you might even end up smacking the guy, you don’t want to do that there’s another 711 a block away better off going to that one on Lassen and desoto

I personally love 7-Eleven because they are a small store, but have almost everything you need. For example, if you're going on a road trip and you get thirsty and don't have water with you, go to the nearest 7-Eleven. This is good too because they never have any lines unlike bigger stores such as Ralph's, Whole Foods, etc... If you're in a rush, you can also go to 7-Eleven, because like I said, there are never any lines.

Don’t go to this 7-eleven I go there a lot and the employees are always rude it looks like they don’t sleep and they are lazy people that don’t want to help the customers

The guy that works overnight always tries to start fights with people. He yells at people for no reason. I go in here all the time and I've seen him yell at many customers. I've also witnessed many people stealing and he has no idea, I tell him but he just doesn't understand a word your saying. I wonder how much money the owners are losing. He should be retired not working an overnight shift at 7 eleven.

The younger male cashier sexually harassed me when I just went in there. He asked if I was single, tried to shake my hand and then proceed to give me a hug. He asked where I lived, asked when I was getting married, and told me he would be working at the same time tomorrow and I should come back again. He also gave me a free kinder egg candy. Will be reporting to the better business bureau. I just wanted my cigs, not harassment.

The clerks almost always have their masks pulled down, with their noses hanging out, or they wear them as a chin strap. It's true that they are often busy in the back or talking with vendors. Also, can't stand it when people are in there buying scratchers. That whole process takes forever. The clerks are courteous though.

Literally hate this spot. Lack of basic customer service. They go in the back when you walk in, they argue with vendors while u wait in line. They take long treating homeless lottery ticket buyers like home loan bank customers. And always feels dirty in there. Go to ampm or Rite Aid or anywhere else. F^ck this place.

1 Star is absolutely generous , the man at the register was rude and would not sell me scratchers probably because I am a woman , because the man right after me bought several of them. So then a guy pulled up next to me and I gave him cash to see if the guy would sell it to him and sure enough he did. Straight trash
