Best branch ever!! The staff is friendly and helpful. Anytime I need anything taken care of for either AAA or the DMV. This is where I go. They get you in and out fast. Again the service is friendly, timely, and helpful. Could not ask for a better experience.

This is the best branch in the valley! I went in today to transfer a title and recieved wonderful personalized service from Mary. I spoke with a few other agents as well, and they were all very friendly.

This is one of the worst office my wife and I have been to nobody knows what they are doing I left work for a bit cause my wife needed a me to sign some paper work they highlighted the area that needed to be sign and when she went to talk to one of the agents they told her is missing a signature even tho the front desk didn't highlight that area so they couldn't help us and said we would have to go back another day cause they where closing I expected better it was there mistake I would of gladly gone back to sign whatever was needed if they would offer to stay a bit longer just to help us out after they did the mistake I'm seriously of thinking of canceling them cause I haven't had good experience in there towing service as well and I have everything with them from life insurance house insurance and many more but to be honest I'm gonna start looking somewhere else. AAA you should really train your employee to do a better job

Jennifer Harris was our travel agent and we are not happy with her. Intially, we didn't consent, and Jennifer took over our booking with information we provided only to inquire. We gave her the benefit of the doubt. I am not happy with this office. It has been two months since my family and I had traveled and we were promised an onboard credit but never received it. I had AAA take over our travel to take advantage of the onboard credit. I recently called the Chatsworth office and they said they are working on a resolution with the vendor and there is no ETA. It has been almost two months! I will never switch over my travel plans with the Chatsworth office again. Hands down worst customer service as the travel agent doesn't respond back to its customers. I have been with AAA for over 10+ years.

Walked in to get replacement license plates as ours were stolen off the car overnight. Deana processed everything for us - registration and new plates. We were in and out in less than an hour with new plates and registration in hand! Deana was super pleasant and made it such a painless experience.

Excellent. I've been going here for registration purposes the last couple of years, and this office is great. I can't say the same for AAA roadside service though. They're getting worse and worse.

I love coming to this office. They never seem as busy as the other offices which is always nice. I usually come here for their notary signature services but most people come and utilize their DMV services. You can change the title for your car and also pay for your registration here. Today the lovely Deanna was my notary and she was very kind and able to explain to me the paperwork I was signing. I have a gold AAA membership so each signature for me is $6 each. Most other places is about $15 each. It's definitely a perk of being a member! Thank you Deanna!

Triple A left me out to die I waited for 4 hours freezing and they never came I put a roadside request in at 10:30 I just got home it is now 3 am and they never came I had a estimated arrival from technician at 11:27. I live in Los Angeles not somewhere in the middle of nowhere. AAA has no problem cashing my check for membership but when I actually need help where are they, bastards

My battery was dead. They arrived right in time. He jump started my car but insisted my battery needed to be replaced at a cost of $207.00. He was quite insistent that my battery needed an immediate replacement. I declined and drive the car directly to Chatsworth Tire, which I've done business with for years. The gave me a free battery test. My battery, alternator and electrical system all checked out perfect. Shame on you AAA for attempting to sell me a totally unnecessary new battery at a very vulnerable time. Needless to say, I will NOT be renewing my AAA when it expires!

So here's my experience with AAA. 1. My car wouldn't start one very early weekday morning. I called AAA Roadside Assistance for a tow. I was told 30 mins. During the next 90 mins, I made two additional calls to ask where the tow truck was. Each time, I was told the tow company was very busy but would be there soon. FLAT OUT LIE. When the tow truck showed up, the driver said it was slow and the night driver had fallen asleep so he didn't hear the dispatch. Kudos to the tow company for actually employing an honest person. 2. On the freeway, another car lost a tire tread and it struck my hood and windshield. Whole incident was on high def video on my dash cam. Other driver gave false insurance information to CHP. The extent of AAA's attempt to hold the other driver accountable was to send a letter to his house. That's it. Nothing else. And I had to pay my $500 deductible. 3. My friend and I booked a cruise thru the AAA travel agent (Jennifer Harris). We each paid in full and received emailed confirmations which included all the specifics of the deal. About a month later, her supervisor advised my friend that the cruise deal had expired prior to our booking it and Harris never should have booked us on it. If we wanted the same deal, we would each have to pay several hundred $$$ more. Ummmm....can we say, "BAIT AND SWITCH?"

AS A 39 YR MEMBER OF ROADSIDE SERVICES...AND FOR YRS AS THE CARRIER OF MY AUTO POLICY...I HAVE TO SAY...WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THEIR BILLING DEPT...HELEN KELLER??? TWICE I HAVE HAD 2 REQUEST THE 9 DAY GRACE PERIOD...& IT WAS DOCUMENTED, BUT THEN I WAS CHARGED ON MY NORMAL BILLING DAY...NOT SO HAPPY WAS THE BANK...NOW, MY PYMT WHICH WAS DUE SEVERAL DAYS AGO,...HAS STILL YET TO POST TO MY ACCOUNT....ITHIS IS TRULY MYSTIFYING TO ME.
