First, the positive. Howie, forklift operator, is polite & helpful every time.Now, the owner, Harvey, baits & switches things, then denies doing so. He plays games, too, which is beyond annoying. We were told & shown where our container would be put but on the day of delivery he put our container in another location claiming it was better when, in fact, it was horrible because we couldn't open the container doors fully. He was informed that the doors to our container could not be opened completely to allow us full access to unload our items & he did nothing to correct the issue. We dealt with this passive-aggressive inconvenience for over a month. On our last day there, we confronted him about this (other issues as well) & he said, "You didn't specifically ask to have your container moved." Why should any customer have to specifically ask that their container be fully accessible? And, why when a customer does say there's an issue getting into their container is nothing done to correct the matter? Unprofessional. Zero customer service.This lot is a disaster. Getting in & out can be tricky even when driving a regular vehicle because the lot is so poorly laid out & badly mismanaged. There are jagged pieces of cutoff poles sticking out of the severely broken concrete, all of which are hazardous in multiple ways (puncturing tires, tripping people, etc.)Definitely do not recommend this business.
