I recently ordered a replacement cowling fin for my Ninja 500. I had difficulty finding the specific color I needed until I discovered this website through ChatGPT. Despite encountering numerous negative reviews, I decided to proceed with my purchase, and I must say, the experience was exceptionally smooth. Immediately after placing my order, I received an email confirmation, followed by another email informing me that the part was on backorder from the manufacturer, which would add a few days to my estimated shipping time. A couple of days later, I received a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. The package arrived very quickly, and the part was enclosed in a Kawasaki box, confirming that they indeed sell legitimate OEM parts. My sincere thanks to Adept Powersports; this is a legitimate business, and I intend to continue doing business with them. I rarely write reviews, but given the abundance of negative feedback, I felt compelled to share my positive experience and assure others of this business's legitimacy.

Slow shipping. Delays in filling orders despite information on website indicating and appealing estimated shipping time. if you cancel an order you’ll be charged 20% restocking fee. So many better options out there stay away.

I live in Georgia I ordered the exact same part from partzilla and adept powersports. Both arrived within 5 days at exact same day even though these guys are from California across the USA and partzilla shipped from FL. I don't know why you lunatics are leaving them such bad reviews when they're clearly legit.

If you’ve ever ordered OEM Triumph parts, you know they can be expensive and take forever to ship. I found the part I needed at Adept Powersports, and not only was it more affordable than anywhere else, but it also arrived in just a week.

Awful customer service. It appears my order got lost in transit and customer service refuses to assist. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are rude and unprofessional to say the least.

Very unprofessional customer service. Just look at their response to 1-star reviews. Sad that they think they can be that disrespectful to customers. When the common denominator to your negative reviews is your attitude, maybe it's not the customer.
Regardless of their email response in the photo, tracking showed a shipping label was created and the item was still at their warehouse 7 days later. Their response shows me they don't really care about customers. I'll order anywhere else for the next order.

In today’s economy you would think a business would be happy that a customer is choosing to do business with them extremely rude customer service I waited till my part finally came in 14 days later then i decided to post so they didn’t cancel my order clearly it’s happened in the past out of spite to other customers a big finger held high to the person that runs this company

Called this morning was super rude. They canceled my order. Rather than putting them on blast I didn’t leave a review, just left a one star. Definitely sharing the experience with a few shops and social media. All I have to say is be an informed customer look on Reddit these people are clowns. Anyone can drop ship a product ??

Looks like I'm not the only person having a problem with this company. With their "courtesy", and with sending the wrong parts. AdeptPowersports, all these customers cannot be wrong, and only you are right. I think the reviews tell you everything. And I'm also sorry that I didn't look at them before. In addition, i will put who you are and how kind you are on all platforms. I will certainly advise others to know who they are dealing with.
And just to people can see how polite you are, and to see your language!

You order a part. The wrong one was sent. The 30 day warranty period had expired. Seeing how the parts were in original condition, I was hoping for some flexibility to get an exchange.
The response was immediately on the defensive without even the consideration of an exchange.
I would have been ok with a polite rejection. But responding the way he/she did (no name) was enough to steer me away from this site for good.
