Had to cancel 2 year contract due to major family illness. They said they would settle for half of 2800 I owed as per contract and equipment. I paid them and asked for a paid in full receipt . they said they would email me right after payment they never did . Then they came after me for original contract

I've been trying to cancel for a year. I ripped everything out, but they're still changing me.They charge 65/month, when Ring-Alarm charges $10/month.

Don't use ADT, it's a scam. Use Vivint. Much better alarm company . If you don't believe me, Google it.
