We've now been 3 times and I love this place. The staff are amazing, caring, knowledgeable. We've only seen the vet twice but still felt totally taken care of

I love how the staff actually cares for my cats. It’s really hard to find a hospital that will go above and beyond for cats, but I’m so thankful to be in a place where I have multiple Banfield’s close by. If one location doesn’t have availability, I just go to the next one!

Our first experience was pleasant. The lady helped us inside and brought the dog to the main doctor. She was knowledgeable and explained things in detail for vaccinations. We wanted to do core vaccines. She also recommended lepto but said it was optional for next time. The second time we returned for boosters for the core vaccines, a younger lady came to take the dog inside without saying anything. When I paid the bill, I was informed that they had given my dog the lepto shots. They never asked and proceeded to give the dog this extra vaccine. I was also given different information on how long the rabies shots were good for. Front desk seemed to have changed their answer twice. I was in a rush that day and just paid the full amount for the boosters and extra vaccination. It’s a really nice facility in general. However, I really did not appreciate the lack of transparency. I also wish staff helped us make informed decisions and let us know what exactly the dog was getting. Please communicate more amongst your staff and please educate and inform your patients on what procedures are going on in the future.

The best they are very helpful and can handle any cat! We have 5 and one of them recently had surgery to get two teeth removed and our little one is doing well

The worst vet ever. They were unfamiliar with the International health certificate process. When I arrival at the hospital, the staff informed me it would take 2 hours to complete. However, after I left, I received a call stating that the doctor couldn't fill it out for me, and her attitude was very unpleasant.

Apparently you are thinking about someone else because my name is not Isabel!Suspicious you wish to follow up with me privately via an informal avenue like Facebook messages when you have provided a company email address to every other negative review here. So no, I would NOT like to discuss this further on Facebook messages with you, especially when you didn't just misspell my name; you addressed me by a completely different one! It reeks of insincerity. My husband and I will reach out to the company email you have provided everyone else when we are ready to make a more formal complaint. Or perhaps after your veterinarian finally calls us back (since another Saturday passed with no word) to go over test results after failing to explain our boy's body was no longer producing hormones to tell him he was hungry because everything was slowly shutting down, something no anti-nausea medicine, no powder mixed into food, and no prescription diet could slow down. I can't believe we brought him in for not eating and you guys gave us a powder that had to be mixed into food and no guidance on how to do that when he wasn't eating in the first place! Another vet there, after we begged the front desk for guidance said to put the powder in wet food, completely ignoring the fact our dog was refusing to eat anything! But hey, bet those weekly fluid injections under his skin we were told he'd need would have been a very quick and easy boost to productivity and billing to line your billionaire corporate overlord's pockets with yet more money, huh? Who cares if an animal suffers a slow and painful death as long as it makes a profit! I was brushed off when we picked our boy up and I asked about euthanasia, you know. We're not stupid, we know he was very old and we didn't want him to suffer.I'm not optimistic I'll get any better of a response from corporate than I have here, but at least it'll be on record and maybe that'll matter as more complaints begin to pile up. In the mean time, I'll be on a one woman crusade to convince every one I know or meet to switch away from Banfield. I've already convinced two people in person and with any luck my review combined with your egregious response here will convince many more!

Customer service is lacking. They cancelled dental appointments(understandable it things happen) but then they tell you to go call other Banfield’s instead of helping and taking responsibility to provide you with options for locations and times. For the subscription fee you pay I would expect reschedule assistance to be part of the service

The chief of veterinary staff at this location cancelled my pet’s spaying while she was on the table. TWICE. She said my dog had a dangerous heart condition. I took her to another vet who performed spaying without a problem. The first time. I advise avoiding her. Lots of time and effort wasted.

Customer service here is absolutely terrible. They never pick up calls even when I call them multiple times throughout the week from multiple numbers. The phone rings the first time you call and goes straight to voice mail after. They need to find better workers who actually do their job and answer calls. I don’t like making appointments online because I’ve noticed the availability for appointments is different online compared to when you making future appointments in person and I also 100% expect a PET HOSPITAL to pick up calls throughout the day??? Their wellness plan isn’t the best either, most of the time u can’t even reach this hospital to make appointments for your pet to actually get your moneys worth. Save your money and go somewhere else with competent people who do their jobs right.

The worst. I never was able to see nor speak to the vet. I only went to banfied because after calling over 10 offices on a saturday, banfield chatsworh was the only office with an opening (that should have been a sign)They gave me a perscription for my dog with the wrong dosage.I immediately called Banfield after the pharmacist said the dosage looked questionable.I was told by the front office that the vet confirmed that the perscription was correct.Well I was able to speak with my regular vet this morning and she corrected the dosage.

agree with most of the reviews here. Banfield forces us to have our dog go into for a "check up" to re-fill her prescription and charges for additional tests only to verify that yes the dog does need to continue on the medication. They are not great at getting back to us with test results. We have to call them and wait on hold for several days before we get any information. I would recommend looking elsewhere in hopes of getting better service.
