My husband and I made a deposit and Madison helped us with the transaction! She was very helpful when my husband and I would ask her questions regarding our account. Madison answered our questions with patience and kindness. This will be our go to branch now!”

“I refinanced my auto loan with this company and have been so grateful ever since. My interest and monthly payment was significantly reduced. They are very flexible with late payments as they allow about a 10-15 day grace period and offer the ability to skip a payment one month and move it to the end of your principle loan with only a small fee. I recently have not been working as I will be starting a new job and the staff was kind and considerate as they have waived fees as a courtesy and accepted late applications. They really seem to strive to put you in the best financial position rather than take your money. Thank you MCCU staff!!!”

“I had a good experience at this bank. At JPMorgan Chase, we weren’t prepared with the necessary documents. When we tried to get them sent over, the staff couldn’t wait and asked us to come back another day. So, we switched to the nearby Bank of America. Even though we didn’t have an appointment, we were attended to after waiting for about ten minutes. A lovely lady was very helpful in processing our card application, and the service felt great. There were only two or three people in line at the adjacent counter. Perhaps most of the reviews are from unsatisfied customers, unlike in dining and entertainment where satisfied customers also leave feedback.”

“Convenient location for me so I love that. The drive through is a wee bit tight but that's to be expected in these tight neighbourhoods. Staff is really nice. Garden around the building is pretty and well kept. There's only a handful of parking spots so it can get really packed on a busy day. Good people here. Stay safe out there people and be kind to one another!”

He rescued me from the problem I was so concerned about and easily help resolve. For that, I am very thankful for. :) Not only was he able to successfully resolve my issue, I can also say that he was very kind, genuine and so warm-hearted. What a great guy! Wells Fargo is very lucky to have him as an employee. He honestly deserves a promotion!!! :D”

“I had an exceptional experience today. I strolled I'm for a service and Adrian Manzo was very informative and friendly during my visit. He ended up needing Ruben Aldana to assist and and he came over with no problem to approve the process. I had been to a few places before I arrived there and was profiled at other businesses and it made me never want to go there again, but not at this location, I was treated like a person! I know it's difficult to hear because we have to wear masks but Adrian was very attentive and gave off the impression that he loves his job! I think he deserves an extra lunch break! Lol”
