“Outstanding service — above and beyond
I want to give major credit to Daniel at O’Reilly Auto Parts.
My battery was completely dead, it was pouring rain, and I was stranded. I had already gone to AutoZone first and was told they couldn’t help because it was raining. I had no choice but to call AAA just to get a jump.
When I got to O’Reilly’s, Daniel didn’t hesitate for a second. He came out in the rain, changed my battery quickly and professionally, and kept a great attitude the entire time. No excuses. No complaints. Just real customer service.
That kind of effort matters. Daniel turned a stressful situation into a positive experience, and because of him, I’ll be choosing O’Reilly Auto Parts going forward.
If management sees this: Daniel is exactly the type of employee that represents your brand the right way.”
