My battery was completely dead, it was pouring rain, and I was stranded. I had already gone to AutoZone first and was told they couldn’t help because it was raining. I had no choice but to call AAA just to get a jump.
When I got to O’Reilly’s, Daniel didn’t hesitate for a second. He came out in the rain, changed my battery quickly and professionally, and kept a great attitude the entire time. No excuses. No complaints. Just real customer service.
