Tried to return a part that I realized I didn’t need. Was met with a return system that made it very difficult to do so. They wanted me to return it direct to manufacturer instead of them whom I payed for the item. I was also going to be paying 1/3 of the price of the item just to send it back with them charging for return shipping and 15% of the items cost for a “restocking fee” . Decided it wasn’t worth the hassle and just to take it as a loss.

The owner of this parts store is the biggest Douche Bag I have even seen. So is his toupee wearing son. What a shitty excuse for two "businessman". He is so horrible to his employees. Could care less about their well being. He reminds me of a shop owner oversees paying his workers .50 cents a hour and complaining about that. There pricing is so hi it's incredible. Have never been to will call and saw a smile. For those of you who need parts, try Warren Distributors. So much better and pricing a lot better.
