Everything comes in a lovely fabric tote bag. Each item is perfectly selected and beautifully wrapped, right down to an extra soft toothbrush or a lint roller, with a sheet that explains why the items were selected. Recipients are blown away by each and every thoughtful item, noting that the company really knows exactly what they are going through and what they need.
