Took an indoor cycling/spinning class recently. Good choices of music, not too loud. Small boutique gym. Class was 1 hr. Definitely had a good workout. Really like the instructor (Elana). Definitely will return.
We are an Boutique Indoor Cycling Studio that offer Affordable classes in an Intimate setting. We offer Executive Memberships(Autopay) or Standard Memberships(Month-to-Month). We offer smaller classes where you don’t get lost in the crowd, so we can add our own person touch and style to each class. We include towels and bottled waters if you forget your own at no extra charge. We also have a small Private Training Gym. t’s an Intimate gym that offers one-on-one or small group sessions.
