Bought 1 chrome sprocket and 2 black sprockets. The chrome came in acceptable but not as nice as one of their’s I have that’s over 10 years old. Of the two black, one was terrible and one iffy. Terrible machining and Horrible finishes. I used Driven because they proudly say on their site that their products are made in house in the USA. A quick search of their address led me to Import Yeti showing that Driven imports black front and rear sprockets from Taiwan and China, along with other parts. I also asked for a return shipping label due to quality issues and was told they can’t provide one. So I ended up paying the shipping back. $43 total to ship just one $90 sprocket. Not acceptable! Even worse is pulling the wool over your customers eyes as to where they make their products. Attached are pics of the terrible machining in the holes and poor finishes. Look for yourself.

Outstanding service in every way. These guys are hands down the best company you will ever buy from. I bought their TT racing rear sets for my 2013 S1000RR. The bracket connecting my footplate to my exhaust snapped and I was so bummed because I really loved them. I talked to Noam over the phone and he explained that it was due to torsion on my exhaust and was willing to replace the part for only the cost of shipping after I sent a picture. 9 dollars!!! I bought the rear sets off revzilla and completely expected them to say there was nothing they could do. No hassle with proof of purchase just a picture and a phone call. More than pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received. Can't emphasize enough, driven is best in class!!!
