Had a great experience at Drone fly today with my 10 year old nephew. We brought in my old phantom 4 replaced the battery and got a new controller so he can start his new drone pilot journey. Angel wasextremely helpful and there was a manager in there that was helpful and helped us out with military discount.I’m Really grateful for their customer service. They even gave my nephew a present to put under the tree. He’s really excited to start his new pilot journey, and they really made an impression on him and me. Thank you guys. I’ll definitely be back whenever. I need more repairs or replacement parts.

After speaking with several other people in different departments it became clear to me that Angel’s superior level of customer service represents Drone Fly at the highest level. My drone is used several times weekly to shoot various elements for broadcast. Dronefly is the only place I trust to look over my drone and fix any issues or to just make sure nothing needs replacing. They are the only company I send my drone to, because they have fair pricing, do great work, and are honest and knowledgeable to deal with. You actually can reach a live person at the company who is U.S. based should one call with any questions. The staff are all terrific. Keep up the OUTSTANDING WORK and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you for keeping my drone in proper working order.

You guys saved my hindquarters. I have this big job for a big client and have been working on it for months. My friend crashed it while trying to train with it and I was faced with mailing it to dji and hoping they get to it in some kind of decent amount of time. Which I was very skeptical of them being able to do. I’ve flown for around 7 years and have dealt with them in the past.I called Dronefly and they actually PICKED UP THE PHONE. I was amazed. I talked with one of the people there and they said “ya bring it over.“ I did and they were able to give me an estimate And repaired it in a couple of days and I was back at the construction job site the same day it was repaired. They came highly recommended from a professional drone pilot working in Hollywood, and I was not disappointed! I am fortunate to live in Los Angeles so I was able to drop off my broken Mavic Pro (bent arm, broken gimbal and camera), and it was repaired in less than 24 hours! (Not saying that is the norm, only my experience.)They were understanding as to my problem, including not wanting to pay too much for the repair... even suggesting that if the repair was too pricey I should ask if they might have a refurbished unit available... and to ask for refurbished parts as well to save money.These guys fly and sell drones. They aren't just service techs. So they fully understand the context.All in all, a very good experience and I am ready to fly again with very little downtime. Highly recommended.
