DSLRpros are pros. Derek and Sahil were wonderful to work with. I had a slight technical issue getting my new Dji M400 w/L2 up and running smoothly and both quickly came to the rescue. Derek was great to work with on my purchase and was very patient with a long series of quotes I needed. Sahil came through with simple and easy solution that saved the day. His extensive field experience with drones made for an easy shorthand communication.

Manny was great to work with. We went through multiple packages and quotes. He was very quick to respond and helpful in finding exactly what I needed for the most economical option. The in house handling of manufactures warranty claims and customer service is a great perk as well as their optional in house care package. Highly recommend contacting them if in search of an enterprise level drone or accessories.

I bought the DJI Matrice 4T from Ankit. It took me a couple months to give this review, my apologies. I bought the drone before I got my part 107 license and have just put it up in the air for the first time after having it for probably about two months now.
Ankit Did a great job! He was very responsive, supportive, and walked me through any questions and concerns I had. Since I’m new to the drone industry, plus putting out about 10/ $11,000 makes me a little nervous. Well, my Friends, he is great sales rep for this company. He just didn’t try to sell me on the one that I really wanted, he gave me options, he asked me questions to make sure that I was getting what I truly needed for the type of business I was doing. It’s refreshing to know that someone is looking out for your interest and not just the sale and commission. Great job, buddy!

I’m not a review person at all. However, this has to be one of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with. I spent 4-5 weeks and an absurd amount of emails to get any response at all. Once they do respond finally they act as if they don’t care at all, can’t help me and then stop responding. I urge you not to purchase from them.
