I paid the invoice fully, and the their representative at destination asked more money to deliver. La Dynamic never replied!! Absurd!

In the spring of 2021 I was planning a move to the Middle East - because of Covid and the travesty that was the shipping industry Dynamic LA could not seem to be creative in shipping my belongings until I took things out of their hands and forced them to do what they should have known to do. One of the many issues was the estimater did the estimate via cell phone. He estiamed over a 20' container. After paying for months upon months of storage locally waiting for a container - I took matters into my own hands, flew back to the US and directed the local movers to pack my stuff in crates. As it turned out I could have had all my belongings shipped in 4 crates instead because - again I relied on the "professionals" Since, I had only 1 day to have everything taken care of - I made a decision to donate some furniture that I knew I had to replace and the donated furniture could have fit in the 4th container! 11 months almost to the day my items did finally arrive a move that had in the past taken 3-4 months. Do not use these folks nor should you use their local partner Lifetime Moving & Storage in Phoenix. Bottom line: The mark of a well run company is when problems arise they find the best way to get the job done - this is not a well run company.

So BAD experience with them, they charged extra fees (over thousand dollars) and noticed client only a few days before delivery, IF don't pay, they will not deliver and charge for the "storage".

Terrible experience with them, I paid flat fee (door to door). They noticed me and charged extra fees a few days before delivery, OR they will not release and charged storage fee. After reviewing the yelp, I'm not the only one who have been extorted. Everyone should know their behaviors, and stop using them. Any moving companies shall not subcontract service to them, it hurt their clients deeply.

Even if it was 3 years ago I still feel the pain we went through after hiring them, lot of our stuff was missing (many boxes never arrived) or broken the container they sent was too small and we were forced to hire a second one, the movers, a complete family that were coming every day from Tijuana, the worst kind of workers you can find. Warning stay away. Our stuff is still keep in captivity and had not been released. They invent invoices when your shipment arrives at the port. I prepaid everything before it left and they will not release document until I pay a invented bill. I reached out to a support group on Facebook that gives advice with these situations and I got so many responses about who this also happened too. They don’t have clarity about the invoice and I feel like they are blackmailing me to get my personal belongs. This is a SCAM. Don’t risk your stuff being shipped with them. Pay a little more for better company. When I shipped my stuff they were so helpful and willing to do everything then when you stuff arrives they just disappear. Meanwhile they told me 8 weeks max for shipping it has been 13 weeks and I am sitting in an empty home with 3 kids. Worst company ever.

I arranged to move my personal belongings to Europe with Dynamic LA in July. Keefer assured me they had 25 years of experience and would do a great job. The pick up went very well- the crew was nice and efficient. However, the shipment still hasn't left Los Angeles!!!! I understand that there are current difficulties at the Port, but Patrick refuses to provide updates, takes weeks to reply to emails and then doesn't actually reply to the questions asked, but simply spouts platitudes about how the shipment will go out soon. At the same time they have never provided me with the insurance documentation even though I have asked for it 5 times over two months. He also refuses to tell me how I can have the shipment cancelled and my items returned to point of origin. At this point I don't trust them to ship my belongings, but they refuse to answer me and tell me how I can get them back!!!! I am near tears at this point and boiling mad.

My shipment has arrived at Dynamic for a month and a half now, and still not even scheduled when it can be delivered!! My agent has been chasing Karvi almost everyday and still no response. Winter is approaching in the east coast and we don't even have proper furnitures and gears because everything is stuck at Dynamic!

Dynamic LA is one of the most honest and reputable moving and shipping companies that I've ever used. Keefer was fantastic and quick helping my family during a difficult time and move a loved ones belongings from Mexico to LA and NYC. I highly recommend Dynamic LA especially if you're looking for an honest, quick, and easy experience.

Contracted with our company for hourly services to unload a shipment for them (for one of their customers). 2 Years later and they have failed to make good on paying us for the time. Other Service Providers beware.

I have sent emails and left messages for Keefer to contact me. He wanted me to ship my belongings quickly without a quote This is a horrible way to do business and a customer will never hire any company without an written estimate And then there are the excuses we have to endure We can't do this because of that We can't do that because of this Blah Blah Blah Forget it Once a customer loses trust in a company Its game over

This company will not release my items because the 3rd party company won't pay their bill, everything that was agreed upon and written in the contract has been filled and paid but they are extorting me for more money which I won't stand for THIS AMERICA!!!!! The fault of this company is picking a unreliable 3rd party and going against their customers and for that no one should use them

Dont use this company !!!!! They tried to add extra charges once my shipment arrived and will try to force you to pay. If you care about what your shipping do not use them!!!

They missed my Piano from Dubai!! No answers, no updates, no action!!I strongly don’t recommend this company.Omg. Do tell lie. Your company missed the one of box contained my piano. I am still waiting that!! Ask your coworker who is in charge of delivery in NY
