“I can't speak for everyone but I used Nintendo's site for a Joycon with a button that quit working. It apparently went to this place. I was concerned because the button worked up to 90% of the time meaning, a lazy person could easily have just sent it back. Instead, we received what appears to be a new Joycon. If not new, at least as clean and functional. I'm more than happy and so is my daughter. Thank you. Especially from a family that works in similar services.”
