I picked a very busy time to drop in. Convenient given that FedEx refuses to leave packages on my doorstep when I'm at work.

It was ok. I had been there before and the workers there are never really helpful. I asked for help they couldn't help me.... nothing had changed. I ended up figuring out a solution by myself. I like the FedEx on Sepulveda near Burbank.....across the street from Target. They are always so helpful.
