“This was truly a great experience! Milana welcomed us warmly and even gave us a free upgrade to a better room. The room was spacious and beautiful, everything was clean, and the breakfast was delicious and filling. Everything was perfect — we couldn’t have asked for more!”

“I really enjoyed the hotel. However, I do want to state, I have never stayed at a hotel where they stop breakfast early. I'm not talking about starting to tidy up and put some things up. The Hispanic women who does it, closes it completely by 830am. This hotel is so great but one hostile employee is ruining it for everyone. A man walked up to her with decaf coffee he didn't mean to get and didn't want to throw in the trash in case it leaked. He said, Ma'am, would you dispose of this cup I got decaf instead of regular on accident. Her response was, "you NEED to read the signs!" as she pointed aggressively with her finger.”

“Had a great experience at this hotel . I have stayed on two different occasions. With any issue I had it was dealt with in a timely manner. Building is clean and well maintained. Only issue I have is something very trivial. the cookies are always hard and appear to be left in the warmer too long AND on a higher heat than is needed. Maybe too many are going in at one time and not being rotated out. They're supposed to be warm, not cooked inside the warmer.
I was also able to have dinner at the restaurant bar, Both times my steak was cooked near perfect. The bartender, Grace is very attentive. She is welcoming and cheerful to all of those that arrive. I think she truly enjoys her time there and it shows.”
