I used H&R Block before but I won't use this location again because she messed up on my taxes. ?
I believe she is the head person of this location because she is here year round.
I used Granada Hills location once before in 2023 but my mom says she is happy with the Chatsworth location.
So I went there in 2024. She noticed I owe more money to state taxes for 2022. ? I was surprised but if she says so than I guess I have to pay it.
Turns out I did but I actually paid them too much so they refund some of the money back to me. ??
Than the really bad news, ? I got a letter saying I owe more money to federal taxes. Since I'm so late, I have to pay even more. Much much more money. It's not little at all. ????
I was so depress that I end up in a car accident.
Why didn't she noticed I owe more money in federal taxes?!?! She only noticed the state tax?
The reason I owe money, I realized that I forgot to mail in my taxes in 2023. So I can not blame the H&R Block in Granada Hills.
If you want your taxes done right, avoid going to the Chatsworth location. ? You may get a terrible surprise! ?

electronically filed my returns, got a refund, and it approved by the state and federal before I got home from the appointment. Doesn't get any easier than that!

Josaphine in winnetka on mason , in winnetka, is the best tax professional i have ever worked with. If you want your taxes done and explained clearly and feel good about your taxes she is the person you want to have do your taxes. She is the best of the best.

I had been going to H&R block for years. Unfortunately, like any ohter business, the morale has completely diminished. The Customer services is harrendes and the people that prepare the taxes have caused countless of unnecessary head aches. I will never return to this place or any other H&R Block.

My tax preparation done by Tina was very kind , fast, accurate. Very impressive, professional, and nice . Tina really enjoyed and understood my situation. Absolutely the worst experience I've had with a tax pro. I have not received a response since I contacted them on 2/1 for a status update on my return.
