they're always so great, my nails last about a month even though I wait so long to get them filled but still goes to show that my nails last literally forever and they get me in most of the time right on the spot!

The women there are awful and all they do is gossip! They do not care if you have an appointment , they will take walk ins before appointments. Super unprofessional! Skip the headache and disappointment and do not go to this place.

My second time coming here for a regular manicure. The pricing for a manicure was $12, reasonable price 3 weeks ago, and they upped it to $18. Aside from this, the fact that they charge their customers the $1 merchant fee, that THEY should be in paying, instead they are passing it onto their clients. It’s a shame and will not be coming back for an over priced manicure that only took less than 20 minute, keeping in mind that I did not need removal of polish or gel.

TT does my nails and she’s the only one that could do them the way I love them out of any shop I’ve ever been to, the place is clean and friendly. Also love my toes done by Susan always a beautiful look.

I will never go anyplace else for my nails in Chatsworth. I used to go to another salon very near-by for many years faithfully, until the owner decided to rip me off, sooooo, they lost me forever. But I'm glad, because Infinity Nails is by far a nicer and better place. TT is my girl. Shes terrific!!!!

I just left this place & they did a terrible job!!!!!! When I first arrived I said I would like a Gel x & they assumed I said Gel x manicure. So when the manicurist started with my nails I didn't mind the clean up but once I told them I actually liked the Gel x nail they switched me to a new manicurist who came off so fucking rude & just seemed super annoyed that I had them do a semi manicure like bitch I'm paying for the work you set out to do so if you don't like it then maybe you shouldn't be doing what your doing. Then I proceeded to show them a photo of the nails I like & she epically failed. They also charged me $76 for the Gel X French tip That loooks like fucking shit. !!!!!! It's my birthday & not only did I get the worse service. I also got the worse fucking nails done. They are thick and not even filed correctly. I honestly can't believe I tipped these bitches but whatever their rude katana will come back around. So now I have to go spend another idk how much to fix this fucking mess

Came in for a mani pedi, and it was truly a terrible experience through and through. The lady (older w/ glasses) started rushing my manicure once another customer stepped in and then asked me the oddest question "can you pay BEFORE I color your nails", mind you my pedicure is still in the process.. how odd. The pedicure lady was nice but I can't say it was a 5 star experience at all; she cut my nails very crooked LOL. The plus is that the place is clean though. I usually go to Sydney Rose in Northridge but wanted to try something new and man am I regretting that choice.

first few experiences were great, but today I left very disappointed. talia didnt ask me if I wanted anything to drink, she didnt give me a choice of pedicures to choose from, and assumed I only wanted classic. another worker comes up and whispers in her ear, and immediately she starts rushing the pedicure. she then takes me to my manicure and rushes that as well, all to find out there's some rich white lady waiting on her, sorry she has more money than me and you wanted a bigger check. thank you for making me feel insignificant and ruining my experience.
