TERRIBLE customer service and will just keep your money without a proper package reaching you. Purchased a Suzies Prep and Bond Set and a Suzies CLEAN ACRYLIC Starter Kit for my girlfriend. They shipped the items and failed to provide accurate information to customs in Mexico. They said they would resolve it, but the items were confiscated and their customer service refused to offer a refund, or even send the items again. We wanted to purchase a few products for a Spa we are starting up, but this was a terrible choice. Pretty terrible way to conduct business, if that's how you'd even call it.

(Flow) I was not happy with the overall experience, firstly when i got the product the battery was completely dead and it took a while to realize the charging port was underneath the button. As an avid techie, i found it very difficult to put the charger in place. Reading your booklet it says "first use up the battery before charging" there was nothing saying the battery would be flat on arrival. Eventually when i figured that out and it was charged, wearing the product was difficult with wearing glasses and everytime we tried to adjust the straps the front cover fell off. Great Idea - Poor Design

My Business partner had ordered supplies from Joya Mia and the product was broken and damaged before it even went to the shipping company which resulted in them not delivering it. We have tried numerous times to contact them to find a solution to no avail. I do not recommend them, they are unprofessional and non reliable. We lost quite a bit of money due to them.

The mask with filter is poorly designed. The fitting is terrible. STRONGLY RECOMMEND NO TO BUY IT!!!

I purchase a whole set of dipping powder, metalix gel polish, halo magnetic gel polish on the premier show in Orlando and when I get back home to Naples Monday my dipping powder is missing at least 8 , 1 halo magnetic gel polish and I called and leave a message n text Tam Do on Facebook and still waiting for them to response and it say on their web that you send a message they will get back at you 1 hr 3 days already and still nothing.. I want my dipping powder and gel polish for what I pay..it's not right if your a business person you should take care of your mistake right away... very disappointed about the customer service very poor communication..
