Great company especially during the covid shut down they were and are very responsive and my 13 kia optima exhaust was just what I needed I got the Burger motor sports plug and play chip and full system too Bell mouth down pipe and the quick power pipe and mufflers and wow what a performance difference from CP-E...thanks Guys I really appreciate the great service

Purchased an Injen Cold air Intake. Product arrived late ,and damaged. Spoke to a rep and had another unit sent out to me. Delayed shipping again... Only to find out that I am being charged shipping for a second time on the replacement. Tried through email to reconcile, but was told I have to go through Injen,since it was shipped by them but purchased from k5kia.com. Wouldn't recommend this company for anything

Cheapest products available. Wanna pay the highest price for the worst looking products? Go here. I ordered a set of emblems. They were made of plastic. When I removed a protective (clear) sticker from one of them, it revealed even cheaper plastic beneath. I clearly didn't want this garbage on my vehicle. Return policy is a joke. Restocking fees, bloated shipping fee deductions. Take your business elsewhere if you want to avoid frustration. I'm sure someone from their store will respond to this review by blaming the customer... seems like the type of business that would do that.

Apparently they have an employee working the website "chat with us" line who has a short fuse. One of the products I wanted isn't compatible thats fine but I deleted my whole cart I'll shop somewhere else.Edit-Again, short fuse.

Owner is a joke. Terrible customer services. Would not recommend . Lack of professionalism and urgency to ship out orders and notify of delays on their end. He will probably respond to this review crying about how wrong I am and that he is in the right. Oh well.

I recently got into buying aftermarket parts for my 2015 Kia Optima. I have asked numerous questions, which might have been annoying but i always got a quick response and a helpful answer. Will definitely buy from them again and recommend to others !

I ordered all black carbon emblems for my k5 & not only did they come way faster than expected, David emailed me, an actual person emailed me thanking me and letting me know other things they have for options on my vehicle. Customer service is a solid 12/10 and the emblems are perfect. Will be ordering again!!

The owner of this company told my mechanic that he knows nothing about cars, told me I don't know what I am talking about. Told me I was being rude after letting him talk my ear off for 15 min about what might be wrong other than the part I ordered. Decided to do some research and found the lap 3 uncle chip I purchased was not manufactured for Kia vehicles. I learned this only after contacting lap 3 directly. Don't buy parts from this company, save your $$$ and find a real mechanic that knows what they are doing. Don't let a website steer your purchase decisions.

Unprofessional and extremely poor customer service. I have bought a couple items from this place and now completely regret even giving them my money. I reached out to the company via email roughly Jan 3rd. Insurance totaled my vehicle and I needed receipt for aftermarket parts reimbursement. I bought a BOV plate several year ago and can’t find the emailed receipt. I first attempted to call but they were already closed. The voice recording said the fastest response was email. So I went on their website and did just that immediately after hanging up the phone. I gathered all the information, even screen shot the product to make it easier to find a receipt. If they even could! I had not received any response for a while. Which was not a big deal to me being that the receipt may not be one to be recovered being that I bought it so long ago. I thought let me go back on their website and see if there was a different email I was suppose to email. There wasn’t so I resent the email previous emailed around the 3rd on the 9th, hoping for any response now that the adjuster was bugging me. On Jan 10, I went back to the website to get the phone number to call Monday morning to speak to them. (I have NEVER dealt with them personally before this. Bought my items and they showed up at my door. ) A chat now button popped up. I said maybe this might be an easier method. It’s a texting chat app. I sent a simple message not knowing if it was automated or an actual person. A generic email was sent asking me to send an email. I simply responded “ I have with all the information. No response” not knowing if this was automated or a real person yet. This is when a personal response was sent. And the rude, unprofessional, poor customer service began!! (I screenshot the entire conversation) I am going to copy and paste the conversation for you can read how I responded and how I was spoken to. I’m disappointed that this behavior is acceptable for an employee to do for a company. PHOTOS OF CONVERSATION ATTACHED.
