LaundryMax is Chatsworth's local laundromat, committed to making laundry day a breeze. It is a very clean and well kept laundromat with a clean and welcoming environment. The establishment is recently renovated, featuring a sparkling new restroom, brand new TVs, and free WiFi. The machines are great. Snacks and drinks are available for purchase. The workers are friendly, very hard working, helpful, courteous, respectful, and awesome. They are welcoming and walk customers through the process. There is a commitment to eco-friendly practices. It is open 7 days a week, dedicated to providing a convenient and reliable laundry experience. However, there are occasions in the evening when employees say they are already closed before the posted hours, which is extremely inconvenient and frustrating.
Here tonight and they locked the doors at 8:30pm even though it says 10:00pm I am not able to go in or out without having to tap on door and disturb other people washing. Unprofessional in my opinion amd bother some to other patrons.

I drive a little further to do my laundry. Arely is amazing. She is so welcoming and helpful and walks customers through the process when they don’t know how to use the machines. The location is very clean. My 6 year old refuses to try another laundry mat. ❤️

I have a very good, friendly, kind and awesome morning every time I come in on Sunday’s. I like coming in whenever Arely and Jane is working. They Very hard working people. It’s always clean.
