But, after installing, the printer kept asking me to "replace cartridge" even though these were new cartridges, just received and right out of the plastic sealed wrapper. I went back to the almost empty Epson cartridges and will order Epson cartridges from here on out.The company read the above review within 24 hours and responded with a contact phone number to return the cartridges. The wonderful service woman took the time for me to test the cartridges individually and we determined that only one of the cartridges was failing and she said a replacement would be in the mail to me that day.I received the replacement cartridge three days later. If you have received toner from this company, it is because ANOTHER retail company purchased from them from Royal and then jacked up the price and sold it to you. If you were scammed, it was from the company that you received the invoice from, not the wholesaler that shipped it on their behalf.
